Salas in particular is terrible, tries to give the runaround, and is totally not accountable as a manager for the branch. Pathetic.

A first rate title company would have admitted their mistake and compensated properly, considering that a title company's MAIN purpose is to search a properties title for any liens or incumberances. My family was in the real estate business for 40 years in this area and I have never experienced a mistake of this magnitude or a company so unwilling to admit their obvious responsibility.
