Management) I'm…read morewriting this review to warn future residents about my experience with the new management at Oakpointe Apartments, specifically Leasing Manager Stephanie Miranda and maintenance staff member Jose. Since the management change, the service quality has significantly declined. The office is rarely accessible. Many times the office is closed during normal business hours, and even when staff are inside, the door remains locked. We knock repeatedly and still receive no response. There is also no fixed lunch schedule anymore. The manager leaves for hours at random times, which makes it nearly impossible for residents to get assistance. The previous management had clear timings and provided prompt and professional support, but that standard is completely gone now. Customer service has been very poor. Work orders remain pending even after multiple reminders. Requests are ignored and residents are left waiting with no updates or communication. The most serious incident involved the laundry machines. My clothes were left inside the dryer and the machine overheated and burned them. I immediately emailed the leasing manager explaining the situation. She did not respond the entire day. I emailed again the next day and still received no response. I then went to the office where she was inside with the door locked. After knocking several times she finally opened the door. When I explained the issue she said Jose checked the email (but didn't replied to that email) and told me to speak with him instead. After I explained everything to Jose, he simply said it was not their responsibility and that I should contact the laundry company myself. I asked for help since the machine is on their property, but he only opened the dryer door and refused to assist further. My expensive clothes were destroyed and management showed no concern, no follow-up, and no accountability. Overall, this management is extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and dismissive toward residents' concerns. Rude behavior, lack of availability, ignored emails, and unresolved maintenance issues have made living here very frustrating. I strongly recommend future renters carefully reconsider before leasing here under the current management.

And they don't give any concrete reason, nothing is documented in their legal policies. Everything is verbal communication, so if you still decide to move make sure you ask them send you all the policies via email (which they don't have).

The relief of having a realtor I could talk openly with, ask my questions, and I knew would get me the best outcome was such a dream. After meeting with several realtors, I immediately felt Suman was the right choice for us. Her presence was comfortable and friendly, but also so professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt her level of experience and trusted she could handle whatever was thrown at her. (Turns out our house through a lot at her.) She thoroughly reviewed the upgrades we had already made to our home, happily provided input on paint colors and other aesthetic choices, and personally managed the painters and carpeting company we hired, and she connected us with an excellent stagers, inspectors and cleaning team. (The cleaning team did an AMAZING job!) We had to leave town prior to listing and we literally handed the keys to Suman and she handled everything from there. During the showing process she called us regularly with updates and insight, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and helped us make decisions like when to hire additional inspections, extend the deadline for the offer, etc. I never felt any pressure on decisions, but she provided the information and an opinion when I asked her for one. The outcome was amazing. We got an aggressive offer far above what we were expecting! During the close process there were an almost comical number of complications (none of them were anyone's fault) and Suman provided me updates after she pre-negotiated each one with the buyers on my behalf. She always arrived with detailed information, solutions, options, and a positive attitude that we could find our way through it. I honestly thought we would have to go back to market but she got our deal closed without a single concession or reduction in price!
