However, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. Another shop told us it was the transmission, but WT took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found it was something else-without trying to overcharge us. Adviser also stated that my rear shocks are leaking. They replaced the shocks in question last year and per advisor out of warranty. I tried calling the owner Curtis and front desk daughter in law stated that he was busy. They did not even say that the owner can call you back. I picked up vehicle today Thursday 07/16/26 and both front seats grease stains. I have been a loyal customer with D'Addario's for a long time with no issues. But this service was horrible and customer service was horrible. Not sure what happen to them. Not going to use them ever again from this horrible experience.

On top of that, the final bill was higher than the initial estimate, with no clear explanation for the additional charges. I appreciate that auto repairs can be complex, but the lack of communication and transparency was a real disappointment. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend heading over to Midas on Weston Street. They are transparent, quick, have reasonable prices, and if you stay, you get to see your car get worked on! I wish I had gone there instead.

In October 2022, brought my truck to their service dept as my car's convertible top was falling apart, despite not even being a year old. I was told I would be able to get it replaced under warranty. However, I was never contacted for the repair. The gentleman who was assisting me, left their dealership and I fell through the cracks. Eventually, my mother called them to see what the heck was going on??? And they scheduled a date 5 months out for me to bring my truck in. They refused to even quote me a repair time as "they'd never replaced a bronco's softtop". (Fwiw, I checked on how long the repair should take via various Ford Bronco forums, and was informed it should only take a day at most. That it's a big job, not a fun job and that's likely why they pushed out my repair- that they really didn't want to do the job). So I dropped my truck off on 2/13/23. A week later, I came back to see what progress had been made and my car was sitting on their lot untouched :( They not only scheduled me 5 months out from when I originally brought the truck in, but in the week they had it, they didn't bother repairing it. They said that "this week they would look into it". So Why did I have to bring it in a week early??? It makes zero sense to me. I asked for my Bronco back. I'll get the work done somewhere else where I and my time are valued more. Fwiw, I drove my car cross-country over the summer and 2 weeks into owning it, the AC broke in 112 degree heat. When I got to a big enough city (Denver) my car was repaired on the spot. The Ford dealer accommodated me extremely well. I wasn't happy my new Bronco broke 2 weeks into my ownership, but the dealership was more than accommodating. Mitchel Ford wasted my time. I had an appt and even though they had my truck for over a week, they did nothing. I'm not pleased with them. 1.5 stars. They did give me a loaner vehicle. I guess that helps, but at the end of the day, my truck still needs a new roof. It should have been repaired in October 2022 when I brought it in. It should have been replaced on my 2/13/23 appointment. They had the car for over a week during this period and did NOTHING. WTF.
