I showed him a photo of the receipt and asked him to look up the purchase in the system since it was bought at this store, but he wouldn't even try. I also showed him that the part they sold me did not fit my car, but he just kept saying, "There's nothing we can do." There was no effort to fix the mistake, no exchange, and not even a store credit, even though the error was theirs. Because of this, I ended up losing nearly $300 and had to buy the correct part somewhere else. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone

So I got some quotes all between 8-9k and over. In a panic, I called the dealership and woman who sold me my car to get it towed there and explore options. When i called AAA to tow it from southington to danbury, an angel named Kurt came to to do just that. He understood the diagnosis and called his shop, showcase, to see if they could help. he then gave me a ~super~ discounted tow, regardless of whether I'd have it fixed there. After discussing all options with Rick, the mechanic, he understood my needs, budget, and was able to find the perfect solution with 100% honesty. I ended up paying less than half of all other quotes I got. Very happy with the service and will be back!

Went for an oil change and was informed that my oil pan needed to be replaced. Also my serpentine…read morebelt and a filter. The tech who was the manager on duty went to great lengths to explain how they couldn't fix the oil pan and how they had to replace the "plug". They inexplicably gave me front windshield wipers for free, which I gladly accepted as they are close to $50. It did strike me as curious though. I made an appointment with my regular mechanic and found out that the serpentine belt was fine. And that the "plug" was stripped which is why they replaced it. Considering they are the only ones to do oil changes on this vehicle it seemingly stripped by their actions. Most importantly the oil pan is not leaking. Overall not a horrible experience but between the expected upsale attempts and the less than honest assessment of my vehicle, I would suggest caution before acting on any recommendations. Please note, I understand that there are manufacturer recommendations at each level of mileage. But it is one thing to say, hey your car has this many miles the recommendations are versus this needs to be replaced.
