I found them in Yelp. Called and they got me in same day. They were fair, fixed my issue. Provided me the old part.

I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Schueler Automotive. They had my 2015 Silverado for over…read morea month and still did not fix the issue. I ended up having to take my Silverado back to the GM dealer where they found work done by Schueler Automotive that actually caused more issues with the truck. I originally brought the truck in for injector code issues. Schueler changed all 8 injectors, but it still showed the same injector codes and misfires . After a month with my truck they advised it was the ECU now but they could not fix it and advised me to take the truck to the GM dealer /service. So after the GM tech looked at it, they realized that Schueler had smashed parts of the wiring harness and also found chafed wires on the fuel injector harness where Schuler had used a pry tool to get the fuel injectors out, in turn frying the ECU. In addition, Schueler did not properly size the injector orings and the new injectors were leaking. So $3000 later at the GM dealer the truck was finally fixed. Schueler Automotive charged me $1800 for their shotty work and would not refund nor give me any discounts (per the owner) ,for their incomplete work then gave me a truck back that had more issues then when I brought it in for, in addition, to keeping it for a month with very little communication. I had to call multiple times to check on the progress, and no call backs for days sometimes. I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else , I will NEVER use or recommend Schueler Automotive again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

Because the tire pressure is fine, they recommended that I not replace the sensors until I need my tires replaced. I took their recommendation. We had the vehicle towed to an automotive shop in Tumwater where I was quickly quoted an exorbitant amount for a replacement (It really was a crazy amount)they were also willing to swap out my battery for $200.00 +. I asked for some recommendations from friends on Facebook 2 of 5 respondents pointed me to Foster's Automotive. I called and spoke to Jasmine who quoted me a reasonable amount and actually called me back two times to verify we had the correct information. I towed the vehicle from Auto Shop A (Won't share) to Foster's where I was greeted by friendly people excited to meet me and work on my vehicle. Jasmine, Terry, Nathan, and Nate were friendly down to earth and real people. I highly recommend that you give this local auto shop a try before you try anywhere else! Thank you!

Overpriced and Horrible customer service!!!!…read more Prior to the new ownership, I used to LOVE Foster's Automotive. And I had actually written a 5 start review here. My parents used to go to Foster's Automotive when Terry's dad owned it. Myself and my children continued to go to Foster's when Terry owned it. Terry was respectful, did awesome work, guaranteed his work and parts and labor were a very respectable price. I was having my entire family go there. We could trust him and had great faith in him. Now that Terry's son Nathan and his rude, belligerent, condascending wife Jasmine, have bought it 1/1/19 (since Terry underwent chemotherapy for cancer), their estimates are OVER double what Terry charged for parts and labor. I ask questions and I don't know if I can believe what they are saying or not because in relation to my experience with Terry, what they are saying doesn't make sense. And Jasmine is horribly degrading talking down to you and cursing. I feel very sad to have lost my wonderful mechanic. Three generations of my family have gone to Foster's Automotive and in one fail swoop, they have lost our family as customers forever.

I had a frustrating experience with Ernie's RV & Trailer Repair…read more I brought in my Class C RV because I wanted a proper inspection, specifically to have the brake pads checked. Another shop had already told me they couldn't lift the RV, which is exactly why I sought out a place that could handle a full inspection. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly explained this situation and my expectations. The day after I dropped off the rig, I received a call saying the RV was ready and that nothing was wrong. I was charged about $280. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked for an inspection report or details on what was checked, and it became clear there was confusion. After asking directly what work had been done, I was told they had only performed an oil change. This was extremely frustrating because that was not what I brought the RV in for. I had been very clear that I needed a full inspection due to the previous shop not being able to lift it. They did offer for me to bring the RV back at another time, but when I asked about the cost for the inspection, I was quoted over $450 on top of the $280 I had already paid. This pricing was never discussed when I scheduled the appointment. Overall, my concerns are: -Lack of communication about pricing upfront. They need more transparency on their pricing and other reviews suggest the same -Not paying proper attention to the customer's request -Failing to perform the service that was requested There was no effort to offer a discount or solution to make up for the inconvenience. I wanted to give them a chance despite some pricing concerns posted on prior Yelp reviews, but unfortunately, my experience confirmed those issues. To be fair, the staff were friendly and professional. They are nice folks but, they need to work on some issues. In the future, I will be driving a few extra miles to get better and more competitive service.

Only after I brought my trailer in, they said it would be $861. Way more than I expected for about 2.5 hours of labor and $120 in parts but I had already towed my trailer there so I said ok. They said the trailer brake is fine but they did not measure and would not tell me how much brake I had left. The trailer hitch adjustment cost $159 just to loosen and tighten two bolts with an impact wrench while the hitch was still attached to my vehicle. I watched and they never once used a torque wrench or a vice. My chassis was the vice. Uhaul or any shade tree mechanic would have done better service for a fraction of the cost. They quoted me $7700 to fix the caulk and trim. Hard pass after seeing their quality of work and what they charge for basic services.
