The First thing you will notice about this shop is, not surprisingly, batteries. I know when people…read morethink 'batteries' they think of your standard AA or 9-volt... This is not that kind of place. Do you have a watch that takes a tiny battery? They have it. Are you one of the folks out there that has a watercraft? Guess what? You are covered. They have batteries from the smallest to batteries the size of an ice chest, right there for the taking, and what I mean by 'taking' is, if you need it installed, they will happily install it for you, be it a watch, your phone (android OR Mac!) or your car, they're on it. This, however, is not what I went there for. After my key fob somehow managed to slip through my elevator door and fall 30 stories, while the key itself was fine, but the guts of the fob were gone. I spent hours making phone calls and walking through the rain looking for someone to replace my apparently very rare (and hidiously expensive...) fob. The dealer said, Ya we can do that, the key will be 300 and the programming will be 180 but hey we can get it to you by the end of the week.....Probably. Ya, no. So, once again going to The Google, I started calling people. After a bunch of failures, I called Batteries plus.... Hello? Hi! I need a fob for a 2016 subaru, can you help me out? The nice man went on to describe my fob, in detail...That one? Yes! Can you give me a price? Less than half of what the dealer wanted. They had the key in stock, and would be happy to do it...Today. I went out, and was greeted warmly where we got the process rolling; While they worked on the fob, I was offered....Tea. How incredibly civilized! The shop is chock fulla electronics of all kinds, batteries, fobs, light bulbs, flash lights, it was pretty awesome, AND the work area at the back of the shop was right there in plain sight, so no wondering where your stuff goes or what they do with it. It Was Lovely. If you need anything electric, these are your guys!

This shop is amazing. The care they take with you as a customer is exceptional. No hard sell or…read moreupsell just kind and knowledgeable. I needed a battery for a Mercedes. Rocco took his time, installed and followed up. Who does that? They definitely have my business. Thanks guys.

Going to the micro center was a pleasant experience. The micro center is a huge electronic store…read morewith a vast selection of accessories and product as well. Since I recognized that feature and I knew I'd be there all day perusing the aisle searching for what I needed, so I took advantage of using the knowledge bar. Yes! They have an actual knowledge bar. The associate manning the knowledge bar instructed me to speak with the mgr named Marcus. Let's talk about Marcus. Marcus is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff, Marcus provided one on one interaction from start to finish. Showing me several options in case one product didn't fit. Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be. Take my word on that and you can also make a purchase that will allow you to... Inspire more, Yelp more!

And their computer repair area has the best qualified individuals on staff. There have been a few changes as you must make an appointment for any tech repair needs. The pricing for repairs I find a bit higher then others for example I checked the price at one popular location and it was at least $30 lower then the Micro, but I think it worth it even though the price hurts LOL Good location, and plenty of parking.

I trusted that he was correct and he told me that he had to go get it. he came back with a die hard brand battery - which seemed odd to me - as there is no Sears near here, but okay - he installed the battery - but the idiot left one of the connections loose. I noticed that he didn't even a proper wrench or socket to do the job - but I am not a mechanic. on 7/14 - my car would not start. I called Geico and they sent out Car Battery Express again - the tech jump started my car and told me to let it run for 20 minutes - so I did and the car would not start after that. so I had my car towed to the garage I like - I was told that the battery was NO GOOD. so I had to buy a new battery at the garage. I called Geico and they called Car Battery Express on my behalf and were told that I voided the warranty and couldn't get my money back. Well - they have NOT heard the last from me.

All I got was a run around from state farm, my agent Bill Mclear, Agero and this company car batteries express. AVOID unless you like paying $250 for a defective battery that died a year later - so basically this defective battery cost me over $500. Yellow pages has this company listed as automobile salvage. Sounds like I got a used battery that was sold to me as NEW. Sounds like Fraud to me.
