I was completely impressed with their level of service and professionalism. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone, and was also experiencing difficulties in charging my phone. Arthur could've easily charged me for a new connecter, but he calmly reassured me that all I needed was a cleaning, as dust had accumulated in the charging and speaker openings. While waiting for the work to be done, I was able to relax on a comfortable couch and watch movies on a big screen television. I was also indulged with unlimited gourmet chocolates. I am surprised to see all the bad reviews I thought it only happened to me. This was couple years back when I took my iPod due to broken screen and this is how I got it back, please see two photos. There is vertical lines on right side and the home button is loose it moves around, you can see in photos it moved as well, compare home button in photos. At the time it didn't bother me a lot because I didn't use it much at all I was always on my iPhone. But I found myself that it was bothering the little time I was using and lately I used quite a bit because my iPhone cracked really bad one week before iPhone 8 came out, so I was using it for a whole week :(( At the time I was seriously thinking about writing a review but I didn't because Artie, the owner. Would put 0 stars if able to. I went here the other night after getting out of work to pick up a Christmas present a the Amazon drop off. When I arrived the store was locked over an hour prior to store closing. When the supposed bald owner answered the door I got greeted to a "What the fuck do you want". All I wanted was to pick up my package. After brushing him off he sat behind me and was timing me like he something better to do. I was having an issue with the machine and asked if he knew how to operate it since it wasn't my package and was trying to get home. He told he had no idea how to use the machine and began cursing and yelling at me. I stood my ground and after going back and forth with the bald fat shady loser he then asked where my car was in the parking lot insinuating he was going to vandalize it. After I showed him where my car was in the parking lot he continued the argument continuing to scream curse yell and get in my face while pushing me with his chest and then recorded me from the store front for being upset from an incident he started. Couldn't ask for any better customer service or anymore of a pleasant experience as he checked off all the boxes in each category. With service like that this business is sure to fail and the owner as he claims deserves nothing more than for his shop to shut down. Can't wait for our next encounter as I only live around the corner from his store! Went to fix a small crack I my screen. Within an hour the speaker doesn't work. 2 hours later the phone is incapable of finding a signal. When I brought the phone back the extremely rude employee told me that it couldn't possibly be related. Despite the fact that they had done the repairs hours earlier. Save your money and go somewhere else. They will not fix the problem and will take no responsibility for the additional issues they cause. Zero stars read more

Horrible. This place should be shut down. I broke my screen and decided that for the $109 it would be worth it to go to a professional rather than try and change the screen myself. Unfortunately I was wrong. The bill came out to ~$120 which in my opinion was still worth it because they changed the screen reasonably fast and there was almost no wait. The NEXT DAY I noticed my typing was off and my phone started to act strangely. After further inspection I noticed the actual screen was PEELING OFF of my phone. This is absolutely unacceptable, so that day I went back and told that employee. He told me I put too much heat on it. I replied that I work in an office and didn't use it the entire day, and that I leave it on my desk. So he "fixed it". The following day (today) I noticed the same thing was happening and now THE OTHER SIDE IS PEELING OFF. This is absurd. This place is a rip off and they are thieves. Overall a great experience. I was at the mall on Rt 110 and came across these guys ("I fix screens"). The screen on my ipad mini was cracked and for a while been wanting to get it fixed. Of course, I didn't have the mini with me at the time. A week later, when I decided to bring it in, I noticed there is a new location in Hicksville. Since it's much closer to where I live I decided to go there. In terms of price - fantastic. They'll fix your screen for a fraction of what I was quoted from another vendor. That other vendor quoted me $200 to fix. These guys fixed it for much less. In terms of to the experience. I dealt with one of the co-owners of the store. He fixed it in 40 minutes. I was happy. I went home. For some reason the reason, the battery wasnt able to charge. I became very concerned since it wasn't charging. I called them back and explained the issue. To my surprise, they were very accomodating and asked me to bring back the ipad. When he re-opened the ipad, he noticed there was an issue with the digitizer. He quickly fixed it. I dont want to ramble too much. I just want to say the service was great. They took the time to re-look at my ipad and explain what the issue was. Then they fixed it. Its good ol' fashion customer service. I was initially concerned that they were going to say it was my fault or my ipad was faulty. They didnt. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it. While I hope none of my other ipads ever have a cracked screen, I have no problem going back to them if i need to. And i would recommend them to my friends. I think the key take-away here is the service. Other places can very well fix your screen, but these guys take it a step further to explain what they are doing. The reality is, I could care less about digitizers and tech stuff, but if I have any questions, they will overly explain what's going on and explain it in layman's terms. read more

By far the best I fix it screens store in Nassau County. My husband and I have sadly become routine customers to this store mainly because our kids are constantly breaking their iPads. The service is always very friendly and they never disappoint. Never once have they told me they couldn't fix the problem and I usually get the iPad back the same day. When you need your mobile device fixed right, take it to this location. My ipad mini's screen was cracked and took it to a local shop near my home. It was never the same, had to return 3 times and still the screen would act buggy. After a recommendation, i drove to long island and the tech showed me what the previous shop did wrong, they rushed the repair and left the connections all sloppy. As promised Artie/Arthur- I dropped off an Xbox console here on 12/29/21 to get repaired because on the start up screen it showed an error code. Artie the owner-that's what he told me, took the Xbox and my phone number, said thanks and he offered no receipt to me; I then asked for a receipt-he then sent me an email-I accepted that. I asked how long would this take-he said a few days. I called back after a few days, he said he has to order a part for it, called back a few days again-"it's still not ready, I'll be honest with you, a piece has to be soldered and I don't do that here, I have to send it somewhere else" he said, I asked how much longer another couple days-I called again-"the girl that has to return it to me is sick and can't come today!" I said ok, I'll check it with you tmrw-I did check in and it still wasn't there. On 01/12/22 Artie called and said it's here and good news-it's working! I said great we'll come pick it up. My spouse picked it up and he never gave the power supply cord back-which means another trip back to his store for this! Paid $108-didnt mind because console is "now working." Came home hooked it up and same issue!!!! IT WASN'T WORKING!!! Called the store immediately, spoke with Artie-he said I'll call you back in a few minutes-half hour or more later, he calls and said "I'm sorry they weren't able to fix the game!" WTH!!!! You took two weeks-gave me the run around, charged me and then tells me that it's not working?! What kind of business do you run here?! Then tells me I have to go back there for him to process a refund-after I told him there's no way I'm coming back to your store and I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, that's when he said provide him with the card info over the phone n he'll process a refund. I was charged $111.35 and refunded $108.63 why??? I explained to Arthur that I was waiting on the device to get fixed so I can ship it to my child who's serving in the Armed forces-but that didn't matter to him-no sense of urgency here-every time I called they made it sound like you're bothering them and they're doing you a favor! We paid for your service, you did nothing for free! He said he sent the Xbox to a company called EZ Trading Parts-not sure if I'm spelling that correctly. BEWARE, BE WARNED, DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I brought my iPad here about 2 months ago to replace a cracked screen. When I got the iPad back, I noticed the power button was no longer centered. I should have said something, but it didn't seem like a big deal at the time. Fast forward to last week... The button stopped working completely. When I brought it back, the same guy said that it would need to be replaced once again, and that he would have to charge me again. I didn't really argue, as I needed it fixed asap for work, but I felt that it should have been fixed at no charge. To make matters worse, he told me it was $100, but when I went back to pick it up, he charged me $125 for no particular reason. Since he didn't provide me with a written estimate or work order, it was just my word against his. I cracked the LCD on my laptop a couple months ago and I saw on the website for this place that they can order the right screen for laptops and replace them. So I stopped by one day in January and asked how much it would be to replace the screen. They said the part was $150 and labor was another 100, so i would end up spending $250 for a new screen, which is more than half of what I paid for the laptop. Instead I asked them to just order me a new screen and I'd fix it myself. They said the new screen would be there in about a week, but they would call me when it came in for sure. Two weeks go by and I don't hear from them, so I stop by, ask for an update and they say, yeah the screen arrived and they allegedly called me, but I checked my call log and there was no missed calls from them. They also lost my order form that had my phone number (gee I wonder how they called me with out my order form...). I picked up the screen and could immediately tell it was the wrong size--the guy ordered a 17 inch screen and my laptop is a 14 inch (and it says so on the laptop, so it's not like this was secret information), so I asked the guy to order me the right one. He re-orders the screen and says it will be here in a week, and that they will call me this time (he fills out a new order form for me). A week goes by, no call, but considering they don't have a great track record for client-updates, I stop by. They tell me, sorry, your screen is not here, it will be here in another 4 days. So much for a week. Meanwhile, the same rep has been helping me out the entire time, but seems very unconcerned with my experience. Anyway, I come back 4 days later, my screen has arrived and there is a different guy working. He tells me that they normally don't order screens for customers unless they themselves are replacing it...which is not what it says on the website and not what the first guy told me. He pulls out my screen and lo and behold, it's the exact. same. one. they ordered last time. I say no thanks and leave. It has been 2 months since I originally walked in and I still do not have a replaced screen. This business is careless with measurements and they have a poor record for follow up with the customer. I would definitely not waste your time here. Go someplace else, anywhere else! Just not here. read more

I went to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and the guy who installed it didn't install it correctly and the screen broke a week later, he tried telling me it was my fault. I paid $165 (very high) for a new screen. After a few days the screen started lifting off the phone, and not working properly, and as I was using it the screen broke. I went back and spoke to the owner and he wanted me to play $110 to fix it again while it was under warrantee. read more

We brought my daughters iphone and my son's S6 Galaxy Edge to this place in August and Sept of this year. Her phone started shutting off after 6 weeks and when we brought it back after paying $100 to fix it and they said it was the mother board now but they couldn't tell me what they did repair for the $100. Now my son's phone after 3 months started shutting down. We brought it back and they had the same lame excuse that what they fixed it for in August for $270, now is not what is wrong with it! DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! Artie the owner does not do anything for the customer and their so called 6 month warranty is Bogus! It covers nothing.
