The best part about that was it was done in about 3 hours. The iPad has worked perfectly since then. The second time I went into this store was just this afternoon looking to see if they could help me with my older son's iPhone 5S. You see the big company we call Apple, pushed out an IOS 9 update before all the kinks were worked out and well I was told by two apple employees that the update killed my son's phone because it was too old (it isn't even two years old yet). Their idea of a fix was to update his phone to the new iPhone 6plus using their new leasing. Well I am not satisfied with that answer so I have been searching for help. Here is where, Nora, comes in. She was in the Deer Park location and as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by her and she listened to my problem and right away she was off and running trying to help me fix my son's phone. She genuinely cared about it not working and tried everything she could. She actually got further along then either Apple Rep did and showed more compassion about the problem then the Apple employees. Although we still have not figured out what went wrong with his phone, we are at least a step closer to an answer. Do NOT hesitate to use this location for any and all of your repair needs.
