Meaning canceled venues, pushed wedding dates, special requests and even changed wedding design. I can't relay enough of my gratitude to her and her team. When the day of happened all that I dreamed of came to life. She worked with our budget and was realistic with us on what was worth getting to achieve the look and experience we wanted on our special day. All of our guests not only loved the venue, which is one of the exclusive venues of Event Loft, but they said the food and staff were impeccable. Hands down, Katie and her team are the best in the wedding planning game! From day one, Katie made planning a destination wedding in Laguna Beach, CA such breeze. We live in Dallas, TX and only traveled to Laguna Beach twice for wedding planning/vendor meetings. I am sure she could have made our wedding just as perfect without us visiting at all. Katie is that good, y'all! She was always available to chat via phone, text and email. I am a nurse who works night shift and Katie always accommodated my schedule and made sure our vendors did as well. She was amazing at making us feel like everything was taken care of (which it was) and she was very good at knowing our personality/style and she matched us perfectly with our vendors! Our vendors were extremely accommodating, genuine and worked within our budget. If we had any issues with a vendor, Katie took care of it immedately and made sure we didn't have any problems with them on the wedding day! We cannot thank Intertwined Events and Tori enough for their incredible work in planning our wedding! Our journey to the altar was a bit rocky--we originally signed with a different planning company that went out of business midway through the process, leaving us with very little finalized and no refund. My daughter (the bride) and I can not say enough fabulous things about Hayley and Intertwined Events. From day one, Hayley has been responsive, helpful, and organized. She made us feel like the center of her universe - as the big day approached we probably were - and she was always there for us, cheerful, creative, and supportive. My daughter and I were so relaxed and confident as the wedding day approached because we knew Hayley and her team could handle anything. In fact, a forecast for light rain in the early morning hours of the wedding day instead became a 1pm downpour. No one panicked, least of all Hayley. She calmly reviewed our Plan B or C options, and after some serious study of the clouds and sky, we stuck with our original plans and the outdoor ceremony was spectacular. Intertwined Events has close working relationships with many different vendors in every category, and we never felt pressured to work with any vendor in particular. As it was, the team we assembled was over-the-top fantastic, amazing, and professional. Side note - Intertwined Events never encouraged us to select the higher cost vendors, but thoughtfully presented the strengths of each. The final outcome? The compliments from guests were overwhelming. I hope Hayley knows how much we appreciate everything she did for us. We couldn't be more grateful, and we loved working with her. At FirstService Residential, our California Annual Meeting is one of the most important days of the year for our associates. Hundreds of them travel from across the entire state to spend the day together, immersed in presentations and celebrations that reflect our culture and specific set of values. I don't know where to begin...Meghan, Katie, Emily and Lauren, yes all 4 were beyond amazing coordinators for our wedding last Saturday! This is the first time I needed to use an event planner since my wedding 23 years ago. I gave Kelsey only a couple of weeks to plan a reception for my daughters vocal performance. We had to make sure there was both vegan and non vegan food AND the event was on a Saturday in June. Things could not have gone better! Food was great, Kelsey supervised the entire operation. After months of trying to plan an intimate proposal on my own, I finally decided to find a planner and thankfully I found TYG through Google and instantly loved their work. I also checked Yelp and couldn't believe the amazing reviews they had for proposal planning. I first connected with Riley for a consultation, and she clearly explained the planning process, arrangements, their services, and the packages they offer. She was able to create an affordable package for me and even added an arch for the proposal. One of the main pieces I really wanted. From there, I was teamed up with my planner, Tatum, and she and I planned and coordinated the proposal over the next few weeks. Tatum truly went above and beyond. She provided many location options in Malibu and other parts of LA until we eventually found a beautiful, minimal, and modern interior space that was perfect for the proposal. She also sent Photoshop mockups of design ideas, and together we found the perfect setup. Tatum and Riley made it possible to include a minimal floral arch that matched the space perfectly. On the day of the proposal, my fiancée and I were blown away by the beautiful arrangements. The ambiance of the space felt timeless with a touch of minimalism. I have so much respect for Tatum and the entire team for making this moment so beautiful and memorable. Flavia has a wide range of relationships in place in the southern California area, including beyond-helpful connections with florals and decor concepts. We had some vendors in place when we hired Flavia; for those we hadn't already hired, Flavia was great at 'vetting' vendors when she was not already familiar with them. Our event was simple in some ways (ceremony & reception in the same venue, not a lot of transport logistics) but complicated in others (very specific timing, not a lot of advance time in the space, lots of deliveries to coordinate in advance, many participants in our ceremony/toasts, etc). Flavia kept it all running smoothly, identified problems in advance and headed them off (her minute-by-minute overview of our day was on-point), and calmly addressed whatever came up-- all while making sure that we (the celebrants) actually ate the food we spent months planning, and had a drink while talking to our 90 guests. (It's funny what you'll forget to do on the day-of.) She is masterfully observant and understands the "flow" of a well-run event. Flavia has this "in-control, yet not a control freak" presence, which was perfect: she speaks with authority while being genuine & pleasant- not always something you find in a planner, and what we wanted for handling vendors! She stopped at nothing to make things look and feel the way we envisioned- she tested out a bunch of ideas with us for decor leading up to our celebration, and kept on quests for supplies and designs for us.
