This review is long over due. I was one of many brides in the pandemic that pushed their wedding 2-3 times.. I booked Adina I believe in 2018 and she is not only professional but she is sweet, humble, and genuine. She worked with us every step and hurdle the pandemic caused. Meaning canceled venues, pushed wedding dates, special requests and even changed wedding design. I can't relay enough of my gratitude to her and her team. When the day of happened all that I dreamed of came to life. She worked with our budget and was realistic with us on what was worth getting to achieve the look and experience we wanted on our special day. All of our guests not only loved the venue, which is one of the exclusive venues of Event Loft, but they said the food and staff were impeccable. We have guests that continue to tell us that the venue was a gem to find and that everything was well scheduled. We booked everything with Event loft, except for the DJ and sofreh designer. She was very kind to the other vendors and helped them when needed. We have the most memorable photos, video and the flowers were beautiful and excellent quality. Adina and Sara saved our day! 2 weeks before our wedding we had to change our venue and Adina and Sara came to our rescue. I contacted them on a Sunday morning and they responded within the hour. That afternoon they were able to show us the space at the Gray Matter Museum. We decided to think on it for a day but after discussing it further with Adina and ensuring we could use our same plans, wedding designs and ideas it was a no brainer to have our wedding at this venue. During this crazy time of Covid, I wasn't sure if/when/or how I would be able to have the baby shower of my dreams for my first son! Event loft and their team took every idea I thought of and with zero hiccups turned my vision into a reality! Adina and her dedicated team really succeeded in thinking of every detail that made my day one for the books! The stunning, intimate, outdoor luau themed shower kept my guests impressed, from the beach themed decor to the gourmet food selections, and the tiki themed mom-osa bar and custom beach baby cake were thoughtful surprises that really made my day extra special! Her staff had great communication from the time of my booking which really made me feel at ease that every step of the planning process was moving forward smoothly. We couldn't have planned a beautiful wedding without the help of the Event Loft. This review is long overdue. (We got married in April of this year). I have been thinking of my wedding this morning so I decided I needed to post a review to let everyone know about my wedding planning experience. Adina and Tania from the Event Loft were so helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I work full time and planning a wedding was like another job we had to do. I honestly never knew how many details go into planning an event for 100 people. All I know was that I just wanted to be surrounded by trees and flowers. So we decided on the Nursery. At the time when we went venue shopping (early fall of 2018) the greenhouse was still under construction. Despite the fact that we didnt know how it would turn out, we decided to take a gamble and have the reception at the greenhouse. Then the planning began! We only had 7 months to plan (&my husband wasn't very helpful) so having Adina's help was AMAZING! I appreciated it so much! And I'm still grateful for it. The Eventloft provided me with the photographer, florist, DJ and a bi-lingual officiant. This saved me a lot of time. I didn't have to do my own research and planning/coordination on the wedding day. The greenhouse was constructed in time for the wedding so we were able to hold the reception inside it (probably the only wedding held there since it was newly built at the time and it's currently closed from holding events). The lighting, floral arrangements and ambiance were so romantic and gorgeous! It exceeded my expectations. If it ever opens up again, you should definitely book this venue! Maybe 2020 or 2021?? We had a lot of people compliment the special cocktail drinks (fruity sangria and a guava pink drink) and the beautiful venue. I loved the floral arrangements on the tables. the florist from the Event loft did such an amazing job on my bridal bouquet! Peonies weren't in season at the time so I opted for Juliet Roses. I LOVED the bouquet so much. I would say it's one of the best arrangements I have seen in my life. So many people complimented on it as well. The photographer through Eventloft was also great. He seemed passionate about his job...he accidentally stepped into the fountain while he was taking pictures! Props to him for sticking around for the night with a wet shoe. LOL Adina, her husband and Tania were so helpful the whole night. They helped coordinate the wedding and kept us hydrated and fed. Thank you all for being such a great support system on our wedding day and the days following it. And thank you all for being so patient and accommodating. I don't even know where to start with Adina and all the staff at The Event Loft - they are incredible! We were looking for something a little different for my sister in laws bachelorette party and they planned the perfect day! The location they picked was gorgeous and all the little details made the event so special. They put together a pool party with fun activities and entertainment spread throughout the day. We ended up with an overcast day but the crew didn't let it ruin the party! They heated the pool and decorated the pool house so everyone was comfortable! The only stressful part of planning our wedding was everything up UNTIL we found The Event Loft. After that, it was completely effortless thanks to Adina. We were in great hands and I would choose to book our ceremony and reception through the Event Loft a million times over. Adina is extremely responsive, friendly, organized, and talented. I was not interested in planning many of the details of our wedding so I left much of it up to her and I could not have been happier with the result. Stop your search for a Event Company and call The Event Loft! Adina and her team are amazing!!! I spend two months researching wedding event companies and wedding venues. It was the most painful process because my fiancé (now husband) was a DIVA through the process. We looked at every wedding venue we could think of and were lost on how to even plan a wedding. Two months of looking at venues, I wanted to give up. I cried because we couldn't find a venue to agree on and I knew if we couldn't agree on a venue, we probably can't agree on wedding details. So one night, I turned to Yelp to looking at wedding venues and The Event Loft came up. I emailed them and within 24hrs, I received an email for Adina. We talked over the phone later that day for a good hour. We really connected, she knew what I wanted. The main thing I loved about The Event Loft it's pretty much a one stop shop. They handle everything from the venue, the florals (Mary is amazing!!!),the music, the caterer, and the rentals. It was a dream come true!! The process- I sent Adina some of wedding inspiration photos and filled out her questionnaire. She later then sent me a price quote. My fiancé and I were please with the quote she sent us and decided to sign with her. Between signing and 3 months prior to the wedding, Adina and I emailed back and forth. I sent her more wedding inspirations / mood board. 3 months prior to the wedding date. We did the tasting, floral arrangements and tablescape. Everything was smooth sail, until... My fiancé didn't like the linens. When I tell you this place saved my wedding, they SAVED my wedding. My husband and I just got married November 15th, 2020 in Newport Beach. We had originally booked a courtyard area, where we had to do all of the work, bring in our own vendors, and coordinate everything. When this venue canceled on us two weeks before our wedding I called every place I could search on the internet. Adina, with the Event Loft, literally called me that night around 9pm and I felt instantly reassured. They literally began all the planning the next day and were so incredibly helpful. One of the places they recommended was The Gray Matter Museum next to the Lido hotel and the minute I saw it I fell in love! I was able to have a ceremony, happy hour and reception for my guests. BREATHTAKING is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about my trip to The Event Loft's property in San Basilio. Myself and 5 friends have been to Mexico before, but the hospitality, views, house, food and surrounding property of their listing are unmatched. The staff was extremely accommodating and took care of absolutely everything and went above and beyond. The property itself is like no where else I have stayed. The home was beautiful with an open air concept and a gorgeous infinity pool. The property is nestled on a private beach with its own private snorkeling cove, home to the best snorkeling I have ever experienced. We took their kayaks and paddle boards out daily, and the staff even showed us how to dive for clams and prepared fresh ceviche one the beach for us from what they caught. It was a trip we have been bragging about since, and it was truly once-in-a-lifetime to stay there (although we are hoping to go again in the future!)! read more

My daughter and I found The Event Loft through a Google search for an outdoor wedding in June. With only six months to plan, it was a godsend to find Adina and her team to make my daughter's wedding dream come true. There is no other way to put it as everything my daughter wanted as a part of her wedding was there. The only thing I did not consult Adina about went horribly awry, which was our shuttle service. I hired The Event Loft after one of my clients had raved to me about how well they pulled off her gorgeous wedding, and her amazing experience working with them. After trying to plan my own DIY wedding while working 2 jobs and over 50 hours a week, you can imagine I was ecstatic to talk to someone who not only wanted to help, but who was as excited about my ideas as I was! I met Adina at her fabulous Newport Beach office, which I immediately wanted to live in - it was so beautiful! We discussed the kind of venue we were looking for, and then we actually went out and checked some of them out. I quickly fell in love with one of the exclusive venues, and was so grateful that she had taken her afternoon to show me these amazing locations! Adina was there through every step of the planning process. We must have exchanged a million emails and texts. She was extremely dependable. Working with Adina was more like interacting with a best friend rather than someone I had hired, which I was so grateful for, considering all of my friends and bridesmaids lived in other states! The Event Loft was able to work within my budget, and allowed me to include the DIY elements that I had originally envisioned. Adina added cohesive décor elements that matched the look I was going for, which I loved! When the day finally arrived, we met at the venue for a short run through, and Adina was already there with her staff setting everything up. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything. After a whirlwind morning of getting ready we arrived back at the venue to find everything had fallen perfectly into place. All of the details we had discussed had been perfectly executed. The floral décor was breath taking! Huge thanks to Meri Wagner, the Event Loft florist, who created my dream bouquet, which was everything I wanted and more. The Event Loft Staff worked tirelessly through the entire day and evening to ensure everything ran smoothly, and everyone was taken care of. All of The Event Loft signature touches like the "Bubbly Bar" were a huge hit, and the food was phenomenal- I mean how can you go wrong with Braised Short Rib, and Butternut Squash Ravioli?! Yum! The servers were amazing. Allen Brown is a coordinator, mixologist, and party supervisor extraordinaire. He cared for the head table, and couldn't have made our experience any better. He was fantastic! Jabe Amato was specifically chosen by Adina to suit our music taste. He was incredibly easy to work with, and overall just such a nice guy. He played the acoustic guitar beautifully for the ceremony, and effortlessly transitioned into a recorded song for me to walk down the aisle to. Not a small feat! He exceeded all of my expectations as our musician, music coordinator, and deejay, and he even sings! Our wedding left a beautiful impression on us and our guests, and it's all thanks to Adina and her amazing crew at The Event Loft. A friend who has used their services for their wedding referred us to The Event Loft. After a few emails back and forth and then meeting Adina in person, we were extremely confident working with Adina and her staff. She was prompt and very professional - always answered our texts and emails in a very timely manner. Adina gathered lots of information about what type of wedding we wanted and I have to say she hit the nail on the head. The food tasting was held at a private residence that was gorgeous and executed very elegantly. We brought our parents with us and they loved Adina, the food and the whole experience. The food that was served at the tasting was excellent; we had a hard time choosing between the different dishes. Our floral mock up that was done by Meri Wagner also wowed us and left us very excited to see her work at the event. The day of the wedding we were absolutely in awe of how beautiful the flowers came out - more beautiful than we could have imagined. The wedding walk through was a breeze. Adina and Allen quickly assembled the wedding party and walked us through the events for the big day. They had all questions promptly answered and made any last minute suggestions that the bridal party requested. Once again making everyone at ease and the wedding day that much more manageable. The wedding day was a breeze. Everything was set up and managed exactly how the bride and groom wished it to be. What a perfect day! Guests had a great time and we could really tell everyone was enjoying themselves. Allen did a great job and he was always there when we needed him. Everyone on-site was helpful, professional, and courteous. After the event we got endless compliments on the venue, food, decorations and staff. We couldn't stop smiling that day and the whole week after - we feel so lucky that we had such a flawless wedding and that is credited to Adina and her staff. As a bit of a control freak, and wedding addict, when it came time to plan my own wedding needless to say I was concerned. I had a particular style in mind but struggled to find a venue with the look I was after that made my 50 person event feel intimate rather than "small". I scouted locations online for months before stumbling across a venue in Costa Mesa. It looked perfect, but worked exclusively through The Event Loft. The control freak in me panicked at the idea of giving up any detail, no matter how small, to the direction of someone else but I forged ahead and toured the venue anyway. It was perfect and I fell in love with my coordinator Adina instantly. She was AMAZING, right from the beginning. I practically assaulted her with questions on every little detail and she answered them all with patience, allowing me to drag her around the venue for measurements and design inspiration (more than once I might add). Adina really listened to me to understand who I was and what I wanted. She got me, and even being the control freak I am I felt 100% confident that we were in good hands and I would be happy with the results. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, the venue had to cancel all events and we were only 8 weeks away from our wedding date. I was a mess, but Adina transformed into nothing short of a super hero. Within just a few days she had scheduled tours with several other amazing properties and helped us pick a replacement, which again was not easy for me since it had taken months just to pick the original venue (and honestly probably even better than the original that I had picked on my own). She literally saved our wedding as I was seriously considering cancelling the entire event. The day of the event arrives and I didn't have to lift a finger. It was so wonderful to not have to show up to a venue early to decorate and set-up while trying not to mess up my hair or make-up or run late for photos, or spend weeks or months corresponding with vendors on details and logistics. I spent the day being pampered while Adina and her team coordinated all the vendors and at the same time turned the venue into a dreamscape. It was breath-taking and I don't know that I would have been able to do anything even close to what she accomplished. She took my vision, turned it into a reality, and then stepped it up to a whole new level. The event went off without any issues (and honestly even if there were a few Adina and her staff made sure I was blissfully unaware of anything being amiss). Adina and her assistant were always attentive to my husband and I specifically and made sure we had food, drinks and anything else we needed. The food was divine, drinks were delicious and I'm pretty sure several guests tried to sneak their leftovers home. It was a perfect day and I firmly believe it would not have been possible without Adina, The Event Loft and their entire staff. I could say "thank you" a million times and it would simply never be enough. My (now-wife) and I used The Event Loft for our wedding last week. We're in MN, so planning a CA wedding was out of the question without some extra support. Adina helped us and did an absolutely insanely awesome job. Everything about the day was 100% perfect. Great food, good coordination, fantastic communication...really exactly what we wanted. We didn't get to do a mock table setting due to the distance, and they even refunded us some money due to that; without us prompting. The Event Loft was such an AMAZING company to work with. My coordinator, Adina, helped my committee to plan the first ever "end of the year gala" for the student athletes at my university. It couldn't have gone any better. Her communication was great, in fact, she got back to me within hours sometimes minutes, even at odd hours/off hours. What makes The Event Loft so great, really, is that they deliver! Quality is key and they will not leave you feeling like you could have done better. The connections to the vendors were also a PLUS. Our photographer cancelled DAY OF and she delivered a great photographer within the hour! Highly recommend! Also highly recommend the venue! The Nursery by Southwinds is the most beautiful venue I have ever hosted an event. EVER. Give it a look. Adina and her team are AMAZING! We had a wonderful night celebrating our First Team Real Estate Holiday Party at The Gray Matter Museum of Art. Having her as our party planner was incredible, she took care of everything, always super accommodating and definitely took the stress away from us. Actual review I sent to one of my girlfriends who attended our wedding and asked for a reference because she thought our wedding was so lovely. So the company is The Event Loft. They do events at a lot of properties exclusively as well as out of that range I would imagine. The exclusive ones are on their website if she's looking for a venue as well. There's a rad estate in Fallbrook, and other places. I worked with Adina Verdult, she's rad and so fun to get creative with. She saw my vision from day 1 and seriously nailed it on the day of!!! She works out of the Gray Matter Museum where we had our reception and everything was amazing from start to finish! She's so fun to work with. Saw everything I wanted from our first meeting and didn't talk since to her for 8 months aside from our food tasting 2 weeks before the wedding where we finalized all details, and she seriously crushed it. They also work with other vendors exclusively; photographers, DJ, florist, caterer who all knocked it out of the park as well. Everyone was raving about the music by DJ Joey and we loved our photographer Jose Coli. Flowers and food was on point as well. Picking a venue can be one of the most stressful parts to wedding planning. When we found this beautiful space and visited, it was a done deal. The venue is tucked away in the heart of Newport Beach. It's so close to where we live, the beach, posh shopping, eateries and hotels. The space itself is quaint, minimal and cozy. If I could dream up a wedding location, this place would be it! We had the pleasure of working with wedding coordinator Sara and Adena. Both so helpful and amazing as they held our hands throughout the entire process. They worked with our budget and vision and made it come to life. They also included so many little surprises on the day of the wedding! It's all about the details! When it became clear that COVID was ruining my daughter's senior high school year, The Event Loft came to the rescue! Adina and her staff put together a private Prom for a group of seniors that was SPECTACULAR!!! They did not overlook a detail, from the decor, the food, the DJ, photobooth and photographer who captured the kids having fun and dancing the night away! Adina's taste is exquisite and everything was absolutely perfect - as the chaperone's, my husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy the evening - while these kids enjoyed a prom that was SOOOO much better than any I ever attended!
