So I'm a cab driver in North Conway Conway New Hampshire. The other night of course it was snowing and really cold I got a call from a guy on Washington Street who needed to go to the store and back I picked him up we were done within 10 minutes. Which I thought was really good because I had other calls waiting. The man goes to his door and realizes he not only didn't have his phone or any money but he had locked his keys in the house. Who you going to call? I called the police. They said call Paul from intervale Lock and safe. I did that turns out he was 2 miles away on another job he had just finished. He came over within 5 minutes and had the guy back in his house within 10. It seemed like a little miracle to both the man and myself that we went from Total desperation to everything's fine now. My husband lost our car keys on a ride at a local amusement park, and the towing company recommended we call Intervale Lock and Safe. Ignition broke without warning on a family car to the extent that two of the keys wouldn't even fit in the ignition and the third key fit but wouldn't turn. Paul was great! Left a vm and he returned the call within 10minutes. He shuffled some of his work and met us at the location of the car in No. Conway with his mobile vehicle/shop within 45minutes. Within little time he pulled and replaced the ignition and had three new keys carved (which worked in the ignition and on the doors). Highly recommend them. I was accidentally locked out of my house last night and desperately needed some assistance and they were there within 20 minutes, and we were back inside soon thereafter. Their fee ($130) did not seem that unreasonable given their prompt response, quick action and no damage done (I am positive I would have broken something trying to get in). BUT what really set them apart was that they also answered some questions I had about an old mortise lock I have been having problems with, and provided me some parts I had been unable to locate elsewhere, at no charge (aside from the $130). So the definition for 5 stars is "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and I definitely said woohoo! when they got me inside, and they are absolutely as good as it gets in my book. read more
