I'm only leaving this review because I'm bummed that this place is closing! I left the last review, but here is another. I have been going to this store since I was a child and my mother would bring me. We have kept coming through the years, and I'm so sad that it's about to close. Walking into this shop has always felt nostalgic to me. The smell of incense, the view of the artwork in the walls, all the different and exciting things on each shelf, and the beautiful clothes, will all be missed. Do not miss this gem! This shop was amazing, filled with merchandise that supports so many cultures. The quality of the merchandise is exceptional and the prices were so reasonable it was unbelievable! We bought an African styled mask for $40 with tax! That price is unheard of! Such a true, heartfelt delight to shop at INTI today. I wanted to get a special gift for friend who is in hospice. The store manager went out of her way to help me find a most special, tasteful "heavenly heart." I was genuinely moved at how much compassion the store manager Buelah displayed!! I then spotted some scarves that caught my eye. I so appreciated Beulah considerately tell me a certain color would not work for my coloring. Visiting Napa and doing some jewelry shopping. I was in shock by how poorly I was treated. The cashier (black hair, middle aged woman) had a very nasty attitude towards my friends & I while I was purchasing a necklace. I almost decided against purchasing the necklace because of her judgmental attitude from the second we walked into the store. Out of the touristy souvenir shops and generic clothing stores that have taken over Napa, INTI has a warmth that makes you feel like you are on a place on the map to remember. It is worldly enough to fit in whether it was in Sydney or London's West End. Somehow it's in Napa! The woman who helped me was very nice and at ease with the store. I've been shopping at INTI since around 2009. They have wonderful gifts for any occasion, beautiful clothing and the wonderful owner who is always kind, interested, and helpful. My favorite pendant of all times was purchased there and I still wear it at least 4 times a week for almost three years now. I moved quite a distance from INTI but worth the trip to shop (and I am not a big shopper). Each visit there are so many new things to look at. The only problem is deciding what to buy. The store is Dog friendly! The lady who works there is so friendly and knowledgable about everything she has in the store. This is a charming shop in downtown Napa, full of all manner of treasures. Many price points. I wandered in while spending a Saturday with my boyfriend. He was thrilled to find a number of gorgeous wooden African masks, very reasonably priced. Speaking for myself, I was thrilled with the selection of jewelry, many of the seashell pieces were in the $20-$40 range. Full of statuary and carvings, incense and jewelry Inti is a place you will find something you don't need, but really really like. The furniture is my favorite item in the store, but I live 441 miles away, a bit far to ship a dresser. They import all sorts of goods from Thailand, Bali, and China. At least that is with the general inventory looks like. this is the only place in the US that I have seen Cobra wine for sale. Big thumbs up for that. There is a huge variety of incense, they have some very nice solid perfumes. They have unique furniture and decorative things for your home. Also, very beautiful clothes and scarves. I was a regular, until recently I had a bad experience. I bought wooden gauges that broke quickly. I didn't realize how sensitive they were till they broke... I never went back to return them because I thought I could just super glue them but that didn't even work. So, I went back and I talked to the supervisor, I showed them to her, and I didn't even ask for a refund I just asked If I could get a discount on another pair of gauges she said I could not because I got them a while ago and I didn't even have a receipt. I then told her I keep all my receipt that I could probably find it and bring it. She then changed her mind and said that wouldn't work either. So, I calmly just said okay I probably wont be back.She said that was okay. As a regular this made me feel bad I use to go in and buy their scarfs and bracelets.I wasn't even being rude or asking for a refund. Sadly, I wont be back. read more

This place can be dangerous...lol. This is the "come to" shop when ever I am in Napa. Absolutely love Beulah and all the other staff members.
