I was asked to wash my hands when I arrived and everyone was wearing a mask. Once I went back to the facial room, everything was clean and I loved the decor, very welcoming. I am 7 months pregnant and I was assured that everything being used was pregnancy safe, when I appreciated. My facial was very relaxing, up until the extractions lol. Unfortunately for me, I do not have that beautiful pregnancy skin and had A LOT of deep black and white heads. Extractions are never fun but the pay out was AMAZING. The place is def not worth the normal $60 they charge. The wax was either not hot enough or super cheap because it tugged on my hairs as she was spreading it. They offer no towel to cover up and outside of the baby power they didn't use any preventative creams for before or after the wax. I noticed a few hairs that was missed and some dried up wax near my but that I hate to cut off myself due to the lady not making sure all of the wax was gone. She knows what she is doing and does a great job! The unit is small, but I like the intimate feel. She has her own products. I bought a sugar scrub from her product line, which I love. I use it weekly when I shower. It supposed to help in-grown hairs and the softness of your skin. You can create a profile on her website and get updates on coupons and your appointment. Awesome place! I've gone here quite a few times and my appointments are never consecutive so I haven't ever gotten the same person twice. All the ladies I have been waxed by though have been amazing! I went in a few days ago for a Brazilian, underarm, and half arm wax with Jaclyn and she did a great job! Some places leave hairs here and there and don't really care but she made sure everything was gone and that I was happy! The location is in a bit of a weird spot in the plaza so if you have never been it can be a bit tricky to find. The salon itself is VERY clean and neat. They never reuse stick and throw them away after every dip. They also have a clean work area with baby wipes for you to clean up a bit if you need to before your wax. Found a Groupon for $25 Brazilian so I figured I'd take that up. I also added on a full leg wax ($65) The leg wax was rushed and was done using sheets because "it was faster while still efficient" but I discovered many missed spots later on when I showered. I also found missed areas on the Brazilian wax. Definitely not worth $90 (not including tip) or the original $115 it would've been without the Groupon. I had also asked to wax my upper lip if it were ready twice (over phone and in person) but they never even checked. I wasn't going to ask a third time.. The person who did the wax was friendly and professional, but the quality was not there. read more

Exceptional service, price and very professional. Maria and Kellcey were amazing and super friendly. I have been to chain spas to independent spas in Orlando and Vegas, but this Brazilian wax here was painless. I'm not sure if it's the wax or the process used, but it was easy and done. One thing that really stood out, is the process of the eyebrow waxing, they do this string method to identify where your brows should be and then wax according to that so there's no over waxing and ending up with tiny eyebrows. The eyebrow tint is great as well and it was my first time ever having a lash life and tinting done. It's been over a week and I haven't had to curl my lashes and can still put mascara on as normal. Lastly, the teeth whitening was quick and painless, it's a lot better results and no weird tingling compared to Crest white strips!
