One pair of leather combat boots and one pair of leather riding boots. Each needed new soles, cleaning and one had a small tear in the seam. In order to complete the service I had to pay $150 up front. Having searched Orange County for a cobbler, before I found this one, I felt I had no choice. I waited weeks for a call back and nothing. I visited the cobbler multiple times, a forty five minute drive, but Gino was NEVER there & my boots were NEVER ready. Seven months later, YES SEVEN MONTHS, I showed up again & demanded my boots or money back. Gino AGAIN was "out of the country".....they could not find my order or boots??? Finally I spotted them on a shelf, pointed them out and a man told me he would fix them now. He said to come back in an hour. I wore the boots that fall, only to have the soles on each leak.
