The office smells clean, there is a nice ambience... now the doctor, well he gets 5 stars for sure, he greets you, is intelligent, no bs or unnecessary commentary, he is focused on what matters, and while that should be the standard, after visiting a few places I can tell you, that's not the case. His demeanor is professional, but approachable and genuine... yes so far I got all of that from this place. Dr. Young and Dr. Tapia are the best, as is all of their office staff. The office is always so accommodating and flexible with my schedule. I have been coming to get adjusted for 7 years, and my kids now come in as well. The company is not upfront about pricing. My consult was $300 and the recommended treatment plan was $4000 and would require me to come to the office 3x a week. Had I known the treatment plan was this expensive I would have passed on the $300 consult because I know this is not an affordable option for me. The lack of transparency seems like a money grab/business scheme. I could have saved myself $300 and spared myself the radiation from the dozens of X rays of my head/neck. I came to Intouch about a year and a half ago with low back and sciatica pain that I had dealt with for over ten years. I had all but given up and just figured it was my new normal. I went based on how good their reviews were and thought I would give it one last try after seeing multiple chiropractors. Their method sounded different than traditional chiro. Dr. Young said she thought she could get me to 80% which I was more than happy with yet pretty skeptical. I did the initial program and started to get noticeably better. I was looking for an upper cervical chiropractor, and this one had good reviews, so I made an appointment. I should have known it wasn't a good idea when they wanted a $50 deposit. I went to the consultation (no adjustment was given first visit) and they wanted to do xrays and a plan that was $1500 to start with. Later they emailed telling me I was out of network and they were keeping my deposit to pay for the consultation. I never would have agreed to paying that. I've been to chiropractors for years and years and never had to pay anything like that (usually consultations are no charge and first visits only require a copay). They also had a set-up for adjustments in a public room--I prefer individual private rooms, so I wouldn't have liked that anyway. But I'm a senior who doesn't make much money, and this was an expense I didn't expect. Disappointing at best, but feels like a scam. read more

I went to Intouch Chiropractic for over a year and was struggling to see results. I had been an upper cervical chiropractic patient in the past with another doctor in CO and was expecting a similar experience. Dr. Young would always adjust my neck first, if I was out of alignment, make sure I was in alignment and then adjust my middle/lower back. But I still was having upper cervical issues - vertigo, headaches, etc. He tried adjusting on the opposite side of my neck and took more x-rays but I just wasn't really getting better. Then one day he told me that he went through the same process with another lady that he typically did with me, but then checked to see if her C1, C2 was still aligned after her adjusted her middle/lower back and it was not! He checked me and the same happened that day. Seemed like a huge revelation to me - he was adjusting my neck out of alignment a couple minutes after he put me in. He told me that it was not a big deal but it WAS a big deal. I had been going there for over a year - for many months, multiple times per week. I had spent thousands of dollars with him. It quite possibly was not a big deal to him, but I had wasted a lot of time and money thinking we were doing the right thing. Everyone at Intouch is extremely nice and, I believe, want to genuinely help. I started to go to another upper cervical chiropractor about 5 minutes away from Intouch and my experience was much, much better. If I tell you who it is, they take my review down.
