They will not respond to you after setting up your system. Unless you are willing to hire a lawyer their warranty is good for nothing. Recently, when seeking repairs I was able to get through to Invaleon's answering service, which referred me to Silvermane Solar, a company run by Sven Amirian, the same person who was on all my Invaleon paperwork 3 years before. The office manager at Silvermane told me that Sven started Silvermane after leaving Invaleon in 2018, but that timeline makes no sense since he was on my 2022 paperwork. Unless I get information to the contrary, I'm assuming they started Silvermane just so they can still (over)charge people for repairs while refusing to honor the warranty. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been good. System - They installed a large (52 panel, 12kW) system back in 2016. System design was good - the owner is a technical expert - and installation was quick and professional. Output exceeded the guarantee by a small margin and still does. Service - Over the last 9 years there have been a few minor technical issues but these were electronics-related not installer issues. They've always responded to calls - sometimes it takes a few day but they've never ignored me - and the issue always gets addressed. No one is perfect and Invaleon is no exception but they supplied a good system at a fair price and have performed work to contract.....and been pleasant to deal with. As part of my day job, I deal with big industrial contractors and in comparison with many of them Invaleon has been a pleasure to deal with. read more

ZERO postproduction support. Horrible customer service. Voice mail messages states they will respond in 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS!!! When they do reach back, they send you to manufacture directly. Only for the manufacture to respond that you need to go to installer.... Company has no staff to return calls or emails.... several complaints stating the same thing... If I was installing solar today, I'd go somewhere else... I don't think they will be in business much longer... especially with their current customer service level. read more

HORRIBLE service. Avoid at all costs! Invaleon installed my 23 panel solar power system in 2018. A failure in 2022 took 9 weeks in the middle of summer to repair. Now in 2024-2025 my system has failed again; Invaleon offers no diagnostic repair service at all (or even a response beyond 1 email after several weeks, with no followup) and 5 months have gone by with no further response. Answering service on phone calls, but ZERO followup after 5 months, even with prompts and reminders. No hope of repair. This company acts as if it were out of business, and if not legally bankrupt and out of business, it certainly should be. DO NOT USE! read more

I actually had a good install experience with Invaleon, but they are just not standing by their first-year electricity production gurantee so I'm forced to give them 1 star. My first year production clearly fell short of their gurantee and the contract specifices that I am supposed to be compensated for the difference in kWh production by applying the retail electricity rate. They claim the production gurantee in my contract was a "clerical error" and are offering me no financial compesation. This is all over like $200 and I've had to go back and forth with them via email for months, with weeks in between responses from them. I don't even care about the money - it's the principle of the matter. Just bad business practice and I will not be recommending them to the (many) people that ask who did my solar install. read more

I spent $50K on my solar system with this company. Back in July they replaced an inverter and since that time the system is reporting the wrong energy production which needs to be reported to the state under SREC program. I have contacted them since July 2023 and I am still waiting to get resolved. After numerous emails and phone calls(good luck getting through to someone) still not addressed. If you are looking for an installer do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with along with the owner who doesn't care after he cashes the check. Going on 3 months now with no resolution. Buyer Beware! Please don't think they follow through with guaranteed SRECS or guaranteed production. From defective inverters that go months without them notifying you that they are not producing or COMMUNICATING to new inverters, not communicating in producing SREC's this all results in money lost to the consumers!!!!! read more

I got my system installed by Invaleon Solar based on value. The true cost of a Solar system should be close to 1$ per KW but national installers are close to $3.5 to $4 ($4.5 for Tesla) and their ~$3.4 per W seemed a good deal. My system was quoted to cost $22,338.00 for a 6.57kW system. After signing the contract they claimed they did not have the LG36 panels and wanted to install Solarias instead claiming that they are the same (they are not). With my objection they installed LG36 for $3.40 (higher than their initial bid of $3.20 which was why i chose them). I gave them a check for 7,818.30 on 11/21/2018, another check for the same amount that they claimed LOST, later on the check for 7,818.30 was cashed. Now 6 months later i am still waiting for my refund and they claim the change in bookkeeper as the reason for the error. read more

Everything still working fine! Producing exactly as they calculated. Only glitch is if power goes out even for a minute, the solar power monitor tries to reset in seconds while the Verizon wifi takes several minutes, resulting in no recording of power generation until I unplug, wait 30 seconds, and replug in the Solar Edge monitor. I think I have heard of people using a timer to restart the monitor every night to avoid going days without credit if you don't notice... Very happy with the solar! read more

We had a 14-panel system installed in June of 2017 by Invaleon and we are extremely satisfied. Their price was the lowest (by a little) of 3 bids, they worked with us very closely to give us the system we wanted, both functionally and aesthetically. The way the system looks on our roof and the way the wires are run is important to us and Invaleon understood this. Their installation crew did a fast and neat job. The system is working great! Our last electric bill was $2.00 and that was after only a couple of weeks of operation! It feels great to have finally done this! read more

From the first meeting I was impressed with Invaleon more than any other solar contractor. Their initial assessment was the most thorough, including actually measuring the roof and recording sun and shade at different points to get a very accurate understanding of the solar potential. Other contractors just eyeballed, often with very poor estimations. Took a little bit longer to get scheduled than originally estimated, but once scheduled the work was completed very quickly and looked fantastic. read more
