They're possibly written by one or two people with access to multiple Google accounts. Things that stand out: a. None of the reviews, despite being personal notes from reviewer to investigator, contain the name of an investigator (typically you'd see "Mark was very helpful", not "your private investigator managed to find the person's contact info quickly") b. Most of the reviews are written as if the reviewer is addressing the business (vs. addressing other potential customers)... Weird! c. The one other review I found on Yelp is from a woman saying she attempted to hire this business but was unable to reach them using the contact methods on their webpage d. Many reviews contain full name of business, Shadow Op Investigations LLC ( which is awkwardly formal to type out fully vs "Shadow Ops helped me...")
