Well 12:50 comes and I text to remind them to let me know when they are 20 minutes away. No text back. I then proceed to call at 1:20 and ask if they are still coming and was told yes the movers are now 20 minutes away. I head over to my storage unit and waited until 1:50 in the sweltering Atlanta sun. No call no movers no nothing. I call but no one answers! So I finally decided to leave around 1:55 and text to let them know if the movers are "truly" on the way to tell them to turn around because I am leaving. The lady finally calls me around 2:00 and acts surprised and asks if they ever showed up. I let her know at this point they are an hour late and I was never contacted by any "movers" if they even existed. I wasted my entire lunch break from work waiting for no one to even show up. Maybe they just need to stick to cleaning because moving isn't their priority. They waste peoples times and think people have time to wait around. Very unprofessional and distasteful. Shon's service responded quickly and with a fair price for what I needed done. I was shocked and relieved that she was available the same day I needed her. We arranged a time and she arrived at my house right on time. Shon was so professional she showed up in a uniform. She was very pleasant. We did a quick run through of what I needed done. She was kind enough to ask if she could use her own product or if I had some of my own to clean the floors (which were just re-done). She had all of her supplies and got to work. She was extremely thorough and tackled each room top to bottom. When she wrapped up she printed out a receipt for me which was extremely professional. She's on her game! My house smelled and looked so clean when she left that I didn't want to mess it up. Although I only needed a one-time job I think she will be our new cleaning service when we do our quarterly deep cleaning. Before she left I'd already referred her to two other people. She has a long background in the cleaning services field. Look no further for a dependable, trustworthy cleaning service.

The first time, I was told that due to unforeseen circumstances that the workers would be there in a few hours (already 2hours late) or we can reschedule to another day. Given the fact that things happen, I decided to reschedule. A couple of days later, I drove back to the house to let the workers in and it wasn't until two hours later that I'm told they are running behind. Due to poor communication and management I cancelled my request. Nesa messaged me and said that she refunded me the money and that I would receive the refund in 5-7days. I didn't get it until 2months later after I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. I feel like a company should contact you with any issues and not the other way around. After spending three hours on what was supposed to be a deep clean, I later walked through the house and found multiple areas untouched: both upstairs bathrooms were dirty (with the exception of the tubs), the railing wasn't dusted, the walk in closet hadn't been vacuumed, all the floors downstairs were sticky, the ceiling fan wasn't dusted, the baseboards downstairs weren't clean. The kitchen counters were wiped but everything was left scattered and unorganized, and a decorative tree was left toppled over. I documented everything with photos and videos and sent them to Sharece. They returned that evening to address the issues, but with noticeable attitudes and excuses, even stating that detailed cleaning (like cracks and crevices) required booking a post-construction clean - something never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, once they were done, Mike asked if I planned to leave a low review. When I said yes, he told me if it's not five stars he prefers I don't leave one and continued to pressure me for several minutes until I politely asked them to leave. While I appreciate they came back to finish the job, the overall experience - poor quality of work, lack of professionalism and pressure not to leave an honest review was unacceptable. It was 45 degrees outside and he didn't invite me in, so I kind of just walked forward until he backed up so I was inside. (An awkward but effective technique if you need to use it.) He asked if I had my ID number for the fingerprinting process. I didn't even know what that was and instead of explaining, he told me to come back when I had it. All in all, the customer service here isn't top notch but the hours are great (9am - 7pm most days with a break between during the lunch hour). We called ahead to make sure they were taking fingerprints that day, and the woman could not have been any nicer on the phone. She gave extremely precise directions of how to find the proper door upon arrival and explained about ringing the doorbell. The state's instructions had already explained that there was certain paperwork and ID required when you got fingerprinted, so had that all in hand. The Metro Security lady was as kind, friendly, and very professional. The whole process only took about 5 mins tops. Could not have asked for a better experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Metro Security if you need to get digital fingerprinting done in DeKalb or Fulton!! They were great!!
