I had them replace an iPhone 14+ screen. Purchased an aftermarket product (not advised). Product didn't work almost immediately; screen glitching, phone overheating. Took it to a different place. Bubble Screen (1) didn't take the backing off the replacement screen, which was why it was glitchy and overheating. (2) nearly snapped a reception pin that also had to be repaired. (3) was advised that the screen I paid $100 for was actually worth $60. I will not be going back to Bubble Screen. Do not recommend. They're lucky I'm not taking them to small claims court for damages. read more

Walked in today with out an appointment. I was greeted as I walked in and to ask any questions. They were able to answer everything I asked regarding how to fix my phone since it cracked and started to have ghost touch. I brought in my phone so they could replace the screen, one they didn't put the correct size. My screen was lifted and i was able to see the colors under the lifted area. Two my screen fell off my phone not shattered or anything like that just came off my phone. When that happen I called Bubble Screen Cell Repair and made them aware that i was very upset and they told me you should be able to put your screen back on and it'll work which it did until yesterday the same thing happened again though this still its completely black and I'm unable to use my phone. I called to make them aware and they told me it was my fault and if i needed services I would need to pay again. Mind you when I spoke with them prior they told me not to worry if the screen fell off they would replace it for me. Horrible customer service!!!! read more
