IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

I recently had the pleasure of using Bubble Screen Repair services to fix my MacBook battery issue and I am thrilled to say that my experience was excellent. This business provided me with the best price in the area for a MacBook battery replacement, which was much appreciated. In order to order the battery, I was required to make a deposit, which I found to be a reasonable request. The battery arrived within a couple of days, which was very quick. The battery replacement process was quick and easy. I dropped off my laptop and it was done in less than an hour. I was thrilled with the quick turnaround time, and the fact that my laptop used to die randomly and now with the new battery, it's been running great. Throughout the process, the owner kept in contact with me and was great with responding to any queries I had. I really appreciated the excellent communication and customer service. One of my buddy accidently closed the car door and it shattered the glass on my Galaxy S4. I called around and I came to find out, nobody fixes the glass only. They said I have to fix my whole screen for $250. I called Bubble Screen and they said I dont need to replace my whole screen, just the glass. They quoted me a good price and I had it fix. After two days, the touch screen started acting funny so I went back. When I came back that afternoon, they explained what happened and they said my phone is good as new. Bubble Screen was a great phone repair shop. I was recommended by a friend who recently had his S4 glass & LCD replaced. The staff was great and very friendly. I was very satisfied with the price along with the 10% discount for student IDs. They replaced my screen in about half an hour and gave me a free screen protector to go along with the service. This place is cheaper and really great! Went in because my iPhone 5 fell at Disneyland and it cracked and the screen didn't want to turn on. So I screwed up my LSD. Went in after searching for opened cellphone repair shops on a Sunday. I went in, let the young lady in the front what had happened, she told me it would cost $89 and it would take 30 minutes to get fixed. I left the phone with her and came back 30 minutes later, my phone looked good as new. Great service and really cheap! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! read more

Back for another repair for my iPhone 8. Their service is outstanding and quick. This is the only store that I go to for my iPhone services and never once have i had any issues with them. SAVE YOUR SANITY SAVE YOUR DAMN TIME!!! Bought my iPad Pro 12.9 5th generation in for water damage and a faulty charging port. They fixed the water damage, no problem, and switched out the charging port and let me know that the face recognition in the camera wasn't working (okay, no big deal). The next day, the screen started to glitch and not work, so I brought it in, and that's when he said: "oh the screen also has water damage". Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.
