If your phone gets wet they charge $40 to open it up. That money goes toward the repair if they're able to fix it. In my case they were not but they applied it to an unlocked phone. in July, my iphone gave me an headsup it had to shut down since the battery "was unable to deliver the necessary peak power". after a few shutdowns, i called oc iphone repairs via a quick phone call to change the battery. iphone 10 was working flawlessly until i got an IOS 16 download a few weeks ago. thereafter, my iphone began abruptly repeatedly shutting down without warning. an apple image on the iphone would appeared, imploring me to recharge the iphone. i did. it showed 1% power, then 10%, then jumped to 99% within 5 minutes. it happened many times a day. i noticed some online IOS 16 fixes. tried them. didn't work. decided to give oc iphone repairs a call. got an appointment online. they confirmed my battery drain issue. he heard many complaints about it. Apple hasn't released a patch yet. he diagnosed the problem: iphone didn't "recognize" the battery so the iphone was shut down "fixed" the problem by reconfigurating the battery's software so the iphone would "recognize" it. this was the lst time he personally saw this problem. he informed me the battery was under warranty so i didn't have to pay for the fix. read more

I went to oc phone repairs to get a screen change for my surface pro 7, the screen was shattered and while it was still working normally, the screen was cracked everywhere. When first entering oc phone repairs, I noticed how brightly colored everything was and how clean it was. The person who helped me, was so nice and great. I dropped off my device on Friday and they had it ready to be picked up on Monday. From receiving my device back after getting it fixed, I first noticed how they put a temporary screen protector which I really appreciated. was so kind when handing my surface pro back to me, giving me time to test my surface pro, turning it on, making sure the touch screen worked, and that the mouse and the keyboard were still able to recognize it and work. I would 100% come back here if needed. The price of changing the screen was also reasonable, a lot of the other places I had checked before choosing oc phone repairs were $50 more. Definitely recommend it, they even give free tempered glass screen protectors for phones when you check in on yelp. read more

Great communication! Also he gave a better pricing from the others that responded to my Yelp request. Worked on replacing my IPhone XS Max case's back glass cover. I normally use those cases with the ring kickstand, and all the years that I have owned only iPhone cell phones, this was the very first time it happened, but I dropped my iPhone by accident on its back, and it cracked the glass really badly. I didn't notice until I wanted to replaced the case. I was so upset & thought I was stuck with my iPhone like it was. But I knew there were small shops that do fix all things iPhone. So I took a chance & got on Yelp to get estimates. And Farzin responded & we scheduled with no delays. He worked out of his van for an hour, and tada, my XS max was as good as new. Miguel was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when I came in for a phone screen repair. I purchased what I was told was a "new in box never used" phone off of eBay. We found out when getting repaired that the phone was not brand new and had previously had the screen replaced and SUPER GLUED back on. He really went the extra mile for us and spent extra time and money to fix my phone even though it became a massive headache. Even with all of the extra hassle it still only took him two days to repair. I can't express how wonderful the service is here and you have earned a customer for life. I would give this iPhone repair business 10 stars if I could. I have an old iPhone 11 pro max that was still in mint, new-like condition until I dropped it yesterday while hailing a cab. The screen shattered. I texted the number provided on the website and got a quick response with a quote and a time to visit the shop. I was greeted warmly and courteously by miguel . He repaired my phone in 30 minutes, suggested that I add a screen protector (which I gladly accepted), and handed me my device back like new. You'll never know it was repaired. All of this for half the price Apple charges. I am impressed with oc phone repairs professionalism and his quality of service. I highly recommend him. read more

As clumsy as I am with phones, this is the second time I've been here to get my cracked screen fixed (once for my iPhone 11 and now for my iPhone 12). They did an amazing job both of the times and I couldn't be happier! They charged me $110 for my 12 screen to be replaced plus $25 for a screen protector and phone case (hopefully this will keep me from coming back haha). They are very knowledgeable, fast, reasonable and they bring your devices back to life! P.S. The quality of their screens is great! I've dropped my other phone that they had fixed before numerous times and the screen is still great. Will definitely keep that phone as a backup. read more

I've had cracked screens repaired here 3 times. On each occasion I was told up front what it would cost and how soon. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday. He said, "You have an older phone here. I don't keep replacement screens for this model. Soonest I can have it done is Monday maybe Tuesday." I appreciate not being sold promises that can't be keep in an attempt to impress me. OC Phone Repairs is honest, well priced, and they know what they are doing. Simply OUTSTANDING! Cannot find a flaw in the service I experienced...it was well beyond my expectation AND, more importantly...my iPhone runs better than EVER! Very professional, courteous, and FAST SERVICE. . The waiting area was clean and orderly with seating, though I didn't get the opportunity to even sit down...the repair requested, battery replacement, which also included removal/replacement of my old screen protector was THAT QUICK! This business is awesome! I was referred to them by a friend. I thought I needed a replacement for my phone port because it wasn't charging. They said it simply needed to be cleaned. Their honest help saved me a bunch of money. They showed integrity because they could have charged me to replace my USB c port and made more money, but instead they told me all I needed was a cleaning. That made less money for them, but they were honest!!! All should value this local business. Use Tech this out to get quality service! read more

Just got the iPhone 12 Pro Max about a little over 2 months ago. Unfortunately, didn't buy apple care. Went to the geek squad at Best Buy and they essentially told me I had to replace the entire phone for $600! Looked this repair store online and decided to check it out and all i can say is GOD BLESS the people that work here. In 5 minutes he gave me my phone back as good as new, might I add, on the house!!! This will now be my go to spot for all things apple and will be referring my friends as well. read more

My phone was not charging, i contacted oc phone repairs, they took time to answer ,the guy who answer was very bad cs all what he said is that i have to come to check the repair and give a quote, It went and it was bad experience and he couldn't fix the phone and there is only one person who work there and don't know how he can mange the place with his attitude, it end up fixing it somewhere else,I don't recommend this placr read more

The owner is really a great guy and also very knowledgeable and efficient. My phone would no longer charge. He said it either just needed to be cleaned out, or something inside needed replacement. He cleaned it out with some device, connected the phone and it started to charge. I really appreciated his honesty. I would definitely come to this business again! read more
