Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. Considering all the time he was here fixing all the problems the cost was very reasonable as well. Fortunately, Gary is very persistent and all is well now. If Gary and his team did not fix the damage there may have been a safety issue for myself, family, and friends. The screens are functioning well now and I am now a very happy person. Had our house, pool deck and front porch painted less than a year ago and old paint showing through…read moreon pool deck and front porch, with light pressure washing (seriously, NOT a professional pressure washer). Also have a spot by handrail of pool that never got the finish coat . Had multiple problems with this company. The columns in front of house had to be repainted because the paint was peeling within a week. The owner threw it back on us and said the surface was chalky that's why it didn't stick! And, why didn't he treat it first?...No answer to that. He did return and paint them again. The office staff was rude and their painters were frustrated because the owner didn't order enough paint for the job. Now, we're afraid to pressure wash our house. I do not recommend this company.
