Not even Apple would touch it. I submitted a request on Yelp and Adan from Wasatch Computer quickly responded that his company would be able to do the repair for a very reasonable price. Adan is professional, courteous and honest. So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.

I saw this in the very fine print on the bottom of the receipt.

I came down to Utah from Boise to visit family for Christmas, and while I was down here I was going to put together a computer for a family friend. I started putting it together in the afternoon of the 23rd, and then I realized that there was no CPU cooler. Since I was going to be heading home on Monday morning, I knew I needed to get one while I was down here. I searched for computer parts stores near Willard, called stores in Brigham City, then Logan, none of them either sold parts or had a cooler that would be effective for that CPU. Started calling some in Ogden, and the 7th one I called was InVision Computers. And he (Reed) told me that he had 3 different coolers for that CPU. At this time he had technically closed the store, but was helping out some last customers, and he said if I came down right then, he'd stay open for me. I was able to get the cooler, choosing one after he explained each cooler, and he also gave me some more information about the right thermal paste and gave me some tips with installing Windows 11. I'm so grateful that he had a cooler in stock and stayed open for me. I will definitely be using this store more for getting computer parts. read more
