WTF?! I had a feeling the lady was NOT supposed to put Callus remover on my toe nails.. Could this be from dirty tools? not being sanitized?! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I removed my nail polish to show you guys my nails that are now possibly infected because of this place! Horrible experience... I've never had this happen to me. I thought I'd give my local nail salon a visit and help them out because they had just opened. Safe to say I took one for the team. NEVER COMING BACK!!! please don't come here. The callus remover was put on me and brushed over my nail. This is a chemical burn or something to do with not being sanitary. I haven't dropped anything on my foot. It was burning pretty bad but I didn't think any of it up until my toe started turning red and black. This is 100 percent without a doubt something to do with a chemical that was used on my foot incorrectly. I will be going to urgent care have a medical specialist give me a correct answer. Thank you I understand you have been open for 2 weeks but my nail tech was either not trained or not paying attention enough. I don't think callus remover goes on peoples nails , because it's a chemical/acid. read more

The staff was friendly but I'd still never come back here again. My short gel nails cost $100 just for the rhinestones to all fall off by the second/third day. First of all, I've never been charged that much for short gel nails (on my natural nail). That's usually how much I pay for acrylics or gel x. Second of all, they tell you how much your design costs at the end of your service. Third, the designs aren't even that good in comparison to my usual nail shop in redlands. I was underwhelmed when they finished and instantly regretted not going to my usual shop. Don't be fooled by the prices on their menu because designs can cost up to an additional $40-$50. And they don't even last. I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review if they lasted but I am upset because I'm attending a wedding this weekend and my nails aren't even cute anymore. read more

Newest nail shop in town. Very nice interiors. They use autoclaved tools and line the pedicure bowls. Cute and trendy selection of nail polishes and designs. I like that they have OPI for regular polish. I just find that this brand lasts longer on my nails and it dries quicker as well. Only thing is I wish they didn't charge $0.90 cents to use credit card or Apple pay (should be free, in my opinion) or that they don't charge extra to take off polish when already getting a service. read more

my experience here was very mediocre yet overpriced , I applaud them on the presentation of the place as well as a representative very professional and very beautiful atmosphere. However, pedicures that start at $40 there is a certain expectation and it definitely wasn't me. I think my girl was new so I tried to give mercy. I was nicked twice. I had to ask her to scrub again since she only scrubbed my foot for two seconds each and try to put it in the water. After I asked for scrubbing, she then tried to excuse it by saying 00 yeah it's cause I was gonna go get another scrub, but she was already throwing away the bag and moving onto Step and seem lost the entire time. My nails were miss quoted so when they began my nails, they told me about the price for readjustment because they miss quoted, which is understandable, but then the whole entire time I turned on translate and my tech was complaining about having to do dip and how long it takes and explained it to me in English beforehand. I left feeling more like a burden then pampered yet I still paid top dollar which is no problem. I expect to pay at least $140 for hands and. but I was discharged and given a refund which I can appreciate a mistake but if that all wasn't enough, my nails weren't even cured right and had to be fixed after already sitting in the chair for two hours. then, when I began to look at my closer, there were gaps of missing nail polish on the that I compromise for since it was such a burden to do the ones I asked, and I got gaslit, as if I haven't got my nails done my whole life she told me that it's just the way the on the powder I stay quiet the entire service that's my fault . I just said thank you because I did not want to seem disgruntled, but it's just not right in this industry so many times we leave displeases without saying anything so I'm leaving this review so that if you choose to go here speak up and be an advocate for the money that we are spending if they want to charge top dollar. but give and top dollar quality service don't rush through , and not even check your work or charge out correctly or try to scrub correctly and then compensate after the customer speaks up . read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 10am. Was immediately seated; however, did not get a tech until 10:30am. She absolutely rushed through my service to make up her time. Barely did filing, cuticle service, or callus removal even though it's all a part of the package. Zero acknowledgement from management on scheduling issues. Multiple women around me were delayed in their services as well. Don't recommend unless you have all the time in the world to wait around and only want a small part of what you're paying for. read more

What a gem! I called day-of on a weekend and they got me an appointment within the next hour and a half. Fast service, clean, and high quality work! Lots of great add-ons and choices for different scented foot baths. I was impressed that they offer a week-long guarantee against chipped polish. I also appreciated that they prioritize appointments over walk-ins. I would not recommend coming here. They overcharge you for everything!!!! They don't have a price list for anything except for the different pedicures in the book and even with that they still do whatever they want to do by giving you the more expensive pedicure that you did not ask for. And they also charge an arm and a leg for the quick simple nails that they just glue on and paint!! No acrylic time or effort it's very quick and they always try to get you to get a cat eye design because it is quick and simple and they never tell you the price of anything as you go. And if they do be wary because they pitch you the highest price they can think of to talk you out of what you want or to see if you will agree and pay the high price they asked for to get over on you. They just do whatever and at the end they hit you with an expensive bill of a made up price that they just thought of from the top of their head, very greedy, selfish nail salon and they make you pay a service fee for using your ATM card and you are not allowed to do that at all anywhere they are miss using the debit card machine and can get reported for that and they talk crap about you in your face while smiling at you acting nice to get your service!!!! Bad service. Worst manicure ever! Staff more interested in each other than their clients. If I could give a negative number I would. Beware ... for a newer space, it is dirty and looks poorly maintained. I will be happy if I don't get any infected cuticles! Stay away for your own safety. read more

I had my nails done on a Friday. The same day my nail broke and 2 nails had chipped. I called the same day and they told me to come the next morning which I did. I also had a pedicure and tipped both nail technicians and pedicure technician $15 EACH!! They "fixed" the broke nail and chipped nail but charged me $10. I HAVE NEVER HAD a salon that charged me for their mistake. I also tipped the lady for fixing my nails. Not once was I told that I would be charged for their mistake. I've had my nails done for 15 years and never been charged for a fix. I'm sure the owner will write back blaming the customer for not understanding some unwritten rule or make an excuse for why they charged so much. read more
