I have been coming here for over a year and I have been to other salons where they mess me up with my feet. Being in medical field I am on my feet all day so I get I frowns and build up of skin a lot and Tina is the best for my feet and Kevin is the best for my hands. They get em back to looking somewhat normal. They take ur medical issues into consideration as well great service and excellent prices.

Kevin is my guy! He is clean, fast, and always available for appointments. I went in with this design, and he performed. He is definitely my favorite nail artist at Total Nails, but he is in high demand so I recommend making an appointment with him ahead of time. I have been going to Total Nails for years! I love this nail shop. It's small, but clean. The staff is always super friendly. Close to the freeway and near by shops.

First time coming here, relied on yelp reviews to pick the best tech. I came in at 10 am on Sunday, asked if Andy was available. The man said he had someone ahead of me but I could wait for him. It is now 11:30, no Andy and when I asked the man for an update he said he had no idea when Andy will be here and if he will have anytime for me. Maybe I should of known this at 10 before I wasted my time siting here waiting.... Never again You're right Andy I'm sorry... it was 10:30 am

We had a wonderful experience here! I can't remember the name of the guy that did my feet but he was so funny! He was singing to us the whole time and asking us what our favorite hobbies were and if we needed suggestions on what to do later that night lol He was very nice and entertaining. But most importantly, he did some good nails! I asked for french tip on my feet and he did them perfect! And he was gentle which I appreciated. My friend enjoyed her pedicure as well. The lady that did her feet, seemed to do a good job also. We would return without a doubt! Thank you Total Nails & Spa!

UNSANITARY AND ROUGH !! If I could give less than one star I would. These people literally can't even paint nails or follow directions properly. I told the tech with bangs and glasses that she was continuously hurting me during my pedicure and she continued on. She even continue to cut my skin and go even faster like she was trying to hurt me on purpose. I told her I didn't even want my toenails cut just filed and she ended up cutting them and changing the whole shape to a ugly skinny square. The woman who waxed my armpits brows lip and chin was very rough and fast. She left a lot of hair behind on my armpits and even bruised me , telling you how rough she is. Mind you that armpits and lip and chin cost $45 Alone. $110 total for gel manicure and regular ass pedi with the waxes... smdh. Way overpriced for unsatisfactory service!!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was told I had a 15 minute wait. After 15 minutes they sat me in a chair where I sat for an hour before someone came to do my pedicure. I really needed my nails done so I stayed. Because I ended up in a rush, I opted for the more expensive gel polish. I showed the woman the design I wanted on my toes and it came out nothing like what I wanted. Since I had been there for two hours by this time, I left it. Instead of flowers it looks like I have strange shaped diamonds on my toes. I never got a manicure and nobody asked if I still wanted it. I won't be going back.

7/19/19: These are my nails after 3 days. Chipped. Acrylic al over my cuticles and fingers. Smh. The lady was nice and all but I had to keep asking her to fix things like the shape of my nails and asking her to file it. After she put oil on it you couldn't see the imperfections. After the oil wore off all the acrylic all over my skin was noticeable and my nails started chipping. I'm so disappointed. Update!!! Andy, the manager, messaged me and asked if he could fix my nails or if I prefer a refund. I came in today and he personally took care of me. He did not charge me anything and bam, my nails look gorgeous! Thank you Andy, I will definitely be back here. His good customer service skills gained a customer for a while! Horrible! I went on Monday and there were only two people getting their nails done. I started looking at the there polish colors since I am not a fan of gel nails. First of, they don't have many to choose from. Secondly the lady doing my nails was trying to pressure me to get gel. After she finally stopped asking and was working on my overlay, she was working so quickly, I didn't mind because I was on my hour lunch break. When putting polish on my nails, I had to keep asking her to paint over spots she missed. Then she got a piece of cotton stuck to my wet polish and all she did was paint over it. I left disappointed because I wasn't going to argue. This is my finishing product, crooked nails with chipped and missin polish. I don't understand what the rush was if nobody was waitin

$5 flower that she just literally made 3 ugly lines and some smears across the top.

Very clean location. However, the customer service vibes are nasty. Also I paid $5 for a nail design . I asked for a flower and it's literally 6 circles and some ugly lines across it. I wasn't happy but felt uncomfortable to ask to redo. Don't think I'll come back here.

Quick service and a nice set of nails. Never been to Total Nail, walked in and was greeted immediately. Salon was not busy. Kevin was awesome. He sat down, listened to my request, and was patient as I made my color choice. One minor miscommunication on the price of fill and gel but they worked with me and and I walked out a happy customer. read more

I want to encourage any future customers this salon was found 100% liable for my injury. I did take them to court and was awarded a payment. If you've been injured here from any services performed please TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!! Do not let them get away with injuries and false accusations. I almost timed out and accepted the defeat. Until I decided to take them to court waiting on the board will take forever. Small claims court will be faster. read more

I had a really disappointing experience here. I went in for a half-leg wax, but the room was noticeably dirty, which already made me uncomfortable about the hygiene standards. When it was time to pay, I was charged $61, which is typically the price for a full-leg wax, not half legs. I specifically asked for half legs, so this felt misleading and unfair. When I questioned the price, the charge had already gone through. Between the cleanliness issues and being overcharged for a service I didn't request, I left feeling completely ripped off. I told them I wouldn't be coming back and that I would be leaving a review. I rarely leave negative reviews, but people should know what to expect before coming here. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Went in yesterday to see if they could do a soak off, they said yes sit down. The lady proceeded to cut my right hand acrylic nails UNTIL she decided to lift from a corner of my thumb nail! SHE GOT ANOTHER NAIL AND WAS SLIDING IT THROUGH THE CORNER! extremely painful i had to leave because she damaged my nail!! DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

The place is beautiful and most of the workers are very nice, but I was very dissatisfied with Ben. It seemed like whatever I was asking he had attitude and like I was irritating him. I didn't complete the pedicure and had to leave. read more

Came here to get a simple clean up on my brows. I told the lady my eyebrows are micro bladed and I just wanted them clean around. I walked out with my hair missing on both eyebrows and it still hasn't grown back. Now I have to use eyebrow makeup again defeating the purpose of having them micro bladed . 100% don't recommend them! read more

My pedicure came out very nice, the lady was sweet. My only problem is the tools were not new (like single use sterile tools) nor did I see a "clean" and "used" separation to know which ones are good. She just threw the bit back in read more

Kim did my gel mani and a pedi. Did a good job and in a timely manner. My only complaint is that only one hand has shine. The other one is Matte. I noticed it before I went home. I would go back now, but I'm out of town until monday. I'm hoping they redo polish on Monday read more

Every time I go to get my nails done I have to sit with Kevin! He's funny and very professional. My nails always come out beautiful and they NEVER BREAK! Thank u Kevin. The only down side is the pedicures aren't so great they kinda always mess up my polish on my toes hence the 4stars read more

This place is great! Honestly I think I just found my nails new home! I made an appointment with Andy via Yelp and he responded in literally 5min and booked me for the following day. The shop is clean and everyone was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Andy did an absolutely amazing job. I have never been somewhere for the first time and got as good a service as I did with Andy. He is very skilled and patient. He really took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Thanks Andy! I will most definitely be back soon! read more

The pedicure was great. I asked for the regular relax pedicure. The hot stones was soo worth it. I loved it . However the acrylic gel full set was not pleasing. The nail tech was older and has glasses. I am not sure if she was in a rush or felt pressure because they were busy. Now don't get me wrong the customer service was wonderful. She was so nice and really sweet. The young front desk girl was very helpful and attentive as well. Regardless the acrylic was all over and the shaping was horrible. Ladies & gents, I have found a nail salon that makes my heart (and wallet ) happy! I stopped in this past Sunday and only waited about 30 minutes which I think isn't bad considering my regular nail place is always busy. So I came here because 1. It's a lot closer to my house 2. Reviews were pretty great and 3. The shop I usually go to messed up my nails. ANDY is absolutely the best. He was so nice, professional, focused, and worked rather quickly. I usually do not get acrylics so when I got them at my usual place I was highly disappointed that they were crooked and kind of lumpy. Andy fixed those right up! My nails now are so beautiful and I plan on continuing to get fills as long as my wallet allows me. If you're looking for friendly service, large array of nail polish colors, and reasonable prices then I highly recommend this place Thank you Andy for the great service, I will definitely be back before New Year's Eve. read more

Worst place to get your nails I've sat here for 2 hours and this lady can't get my nail shape right I told her they are all sideways and shaped wrong they all act like tour in the wrong for saying what you want I also asked for a diamond on each middle finger and they put the dullest stone on each finger I swear they look like ugly clear pearls side note each one cost me ($5)!!!!!! I made an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My appointment was for 11 am and I arrived at 11am. I did not leave until 1 pm exactly with wet toenails and a barley finished gel manicure. Nails were beautiful when I left. Less than two days later one nail chipped and cracked which I filed down. One day later, another nail cracked and I filed it down. Exactly one week after my appointment I have a third nail cracked and and a third nail chipped. read more

I have had a manicure and gel twice at this establishment, both times I my gel was polished into my skin, not cleaned up and by the end some nailed had cotton fuzz and bubbles below the layers that were visible. Even when I would ask to have it fixed they said it would go away. Someone once again recommended I do the dip powder as they do a better job however once again the work was messy. I noticed if you are not a preferred customer who gets acrylics you are not given quality work. Definitely do not recommend. Lastly, I though it was completely unprofessional for the manicurist to drinking beer in front of clients brought in by a preferred customer who did not have an appointment and was taken before others waiting. read more

If i could give them zero stars, i would. I went this afternoon for a fill and design. The lady that was working on my fill was not listening to me and continued to ignore the request that I had. I asked more than several times to add acrylic. I literally asked over a span of 15 minutes while she was working on my nails. I explained the acrylic applied was way too thin and my nails WILL break after 4-5 days by them being this thin. She said okay (meaning she understood) but didn't add more. When I finally politely asked someone else to translate that information (Kevin), she all of a sudden did the request before it was translated to her. Kevin was explaining and had a nasty snappy tone as though I did something wrong. I did not appreciate his attitude nor time when explaining they don't have a certain color of polish and design skills. And because the lady switched and claims she will add more acrylic tells me she understood me the entire time, but Refused to add more acrylic. I then requested a design. A different lady said she was unable to do a Halloween design and requested i get stickers. I informed her I do not like stickers on my nails and requested an actual traditional design. She got frustrated and said "I don't know! I can't do it!" Her whole attitude was unprofessional and nasty. It was to the point I almost called her out of her name. I ended up with a solid color. And was extremely unhappy with it and the service. I will never return to this location. Do not visit this location if you want anything outside of a solid coat of polish or good service. Customer service was an absolute Zero. I believe they racially profile and are disrespectful to people of color, to be honest. Update after 6 days of receiving services from this nail shop. One nail broke! Just as i had mentioned it would. The nail was extremely thin and i know this would occur since I know my nails and the longevity of them. I politely made a call this morning and mention that the nail had broke only after six days of having them. The lady who answered the phone said come in we can fix it for you. I arrived immediately after work and after commuting in the heavy rain today. Once I got there, I reminded them that I was the lady who called in the morning to mention that I needed my nail repaired. They said since the lady who initially did my nails was not there, they could not do it/ fix my broken nail...This was another odd thing that I had never experienced or heard EVER. I mentioned there were no customers inside waiting, but in any event that doesn't matter because I had originally received my services from them and they failed me. Just as I had mentioned when I originally came to this location. The man Kevin, butted in and said that the service would not be free. He mentioned no one on the phone said that this will be free and the lady that I wish I can get my nail wasn't there so I would Need to pay. This was extremely unprofessional and terribleeeee customer service. He told me he does not care if I do not return. As a matter of fact, he said don't come back here. He continued to argue with me and he wasn't even the tech that was going to work on my nail. The catty- like back-and-forth from him was extremely disrespectful and distasteful. Since this is the second time I have encountered words back-and-forth from this man displaying unsatisfactory service, I will make a formal complaint to the board of cosmology. Let's start by saying I won't be coming back. The lady that did my manicure was careless and unsanitary. The table where she did my hands had dirty towels, she cut my finger tip and she tried to clean off the blood with a dirty towel.
