After taking my car to a couple local transmission places we finally landed on B & J. They were…read moreTHREE THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper than a couple of places in Grand Rapids. We got the transmission replaced on a Wednesday, and on Friday were leaving town for a wedding. As we got to Holland (about 45 minutes from our house) the car acted up and the transmission seemed messed up. I called B&J to tell them what was going on and they said to take it to the nearest ford dealership and they would handle. They also said they would pay for a rental car. Long story short, they figured out the problem and B&J took care of everything. What really got me, though, was the fact that the owner lent me HIS vehicle so he could drive our rental back to holland and pick up our actual car. That is going above and beyond. While it didn't start as a great experience it certainly ended that way and they have won my loyalty.
