I went here to purchase a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe for $9900. At the time when I was getting ready to fill out a purchase agreement, another customer comes walking in the door, wanting to look at the same vehicle. The customer asked me if I was going to purchase the vehicle and I told him I was and then the owner of the company says that here are the keys he hasn't purchased it yet and the guy said no if he wants it. I went to this place with a car in mind I had found online, when I got there they had already sold that car. They wouldn't take my jeep as a trade in, they told me to voluntarily surrender it back to the bank so I did, wrecking my credit (which I knew it would). I test drove a vehicle and was told the price per month was $600 and signed papers not even looking at the total price (I know major mistake on my part but my 1 year old was getting antsy). I got home and saw it was $27k I about had a heart attack cause I just traded my 2016 ford explorer in for $14k, I knew a 2017 ford edge was not even close to worth $17k. Only had it a couple months and the check engine light came on, called Todd, he said I could bring it back up but it was my only vehicle and I live an hour and a half away. Took it to a shop locally and they replaced the catalytic converters as they were completely clogged and replaced a couple other things, a few days after the check engine light came back on, called the shop they read the code as a misfire, took it back in and they took care of it. A few weeks later the vehicle left me stranded on the highway and I took it to a ford dealership and learned I had a crack in the engine. The car spent 3-6 months in the shop, fighting with the extended warranty company who kept sending the same engine, I ended up paying more than the car was worth in shop bills and the car was in the shop more than it was driving. I ended up letting that car go back as well, once again wrecking my credit. Since Todd wouldn't take the vehicle back and I didn't trust getting put into a new vehicle from them. Didn't even have the car a year. They were very accommodating and nice when I went int to buy a car, kept texting me to write a review. Finally getting around to my review. Buyer beware! Within a week my car's engine went bad and I found out that their thorough engine and drive train checks were not so thorough when I put the car on a Chevy Dealership computer system. They will sell you a warranty program that wouldn't even pay for the diagnostic test that they required on my car. It took more than a week before the warranty company had all the paperwork from the dealership. You won't find these negative reviews on their website. read more

The manager had no interest in negotiating a price until we had already left. Even then they had the audacity to tell me that my expectations were "unrealistic" because I wasn't willing to pay thousands more then the car was worth. Whatever there sales tactics are they aren't very pleasant. These people sold me an absolute lemon! I asked about issues with the car and I was told everything was perfect. The transmission went out and needed to be replaced within 17 days of purchasing and they weren't willing to do anything to help out. Alternator and battery need replaced within two months.
