She made me feel like having my IUD remover was irresponsible and almost like it shouldn't be my choice. I chose to remove my BC because I get infections way more than before I got it. She pushed me to choose a new bc which I am not prepared for I need to do research and she talked to me like I don't have basic knowledge of my own body. Lydia along with one of the front desk staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I doubt I will be returning. For younger ladies probably not the place to go they made me feel like shit for wanting to improve my life. :,( PS I actually had nightmares after this appt. about get getting pregnant.

The doctors are top notch. The building itself is well maintained and updated. I love the art throughout, as well. Absolutely no complaints. The fam popped in for flu shots and COVID boosters a few weeks ago (which I conveniently booked online via My Chart) and we got in with a minimal wait. The nurse was wonderful. Going to the doctor isn't always painless-- but this location helps make it more so.

I'm writing this review from the parking lot of the clinic right after receiving an adjustment. I had been twisted up something terrible for the past few days. This morning, I walked in with no appointment about 30 seconds after Dr. Cupp opened shop. His first appointment had not yet arrived (I assume he uses the first 15-30 minutes of his day for administrative work). He saw me right away. Not only do I feel 1000% better, but I feel relieved that he was willing to drop everything to help me. That's compassion. If you're looking to give Chiro a try, Dr. Cupp is the guy to go to!!!

My eight year old broke his adult front teeth last June. In true Luke fashion he tripped while running in PE and broke his fall with his teeth. We've had a wonderful local pediatric dentist who has taken care of us. But after the latest dental trauma (kneeing himself in the mouth (as only my son, Luke, could manage)) we were referred to Corridor Endodontics as it appeared his right front tooth needed additional care. After a quick consult a root canal was prescribed (which we will need to do at their CR location as Luke requires laughing gas). Reasons this was a five star biz: - Location is easy to find, plenty of parking. - Open M-F. - Wonderful staff. Dr Jorgensen and everyone we encountered were professional. - Upfront on cost. I love walking into an appointment and being told off the bat what to expect. Any bills that are medical and dental is just so intimidating and known. - Excellent communication. We were referred and got two phone calls with an email to ensure we had the paperwork in (available to be submitted online) and were reminded of our appointment. Overall, I hope we never have to see Dr Jorgensen again but he and his staff made a bad situation pleasant.

Root canals aren't pleasant to have especially because I hadn't one on a Monday then a second unexpected one on a Friday of the same week but she was there for me. I seem to be feeling some infection 48 hours later which can be normal if you read the letter they give you after each treatment but I have confidence that she or they will address it today and tend to it in a professional manner.

I called to ask if they provide a cervix dilator before their IUD procedures. I was told by the…read morereceptionist, "The nurse said they will not give you any narcotics just because you asked for them, because the IUD shouldn't be that painful anyway." If you are a woman considering an IUD, and you have not had a baby before, do not go to this clinic. If you are planning to use this clinic, and you have questions about the pain of this procedure, do not ask. They will assume you are drug seeking. I had my first IUD done at Robert A Mesropian Center for Community Care, in New Hampshire. Because of my size and the fact that I have never had a child, they wanted me to use a dilator the night before the procedure. I didn't know, and I didn't apply the pill until the next morning. When they put the IUD in, I was in so much pain that I threw up, and I cramped for the rest of the day. I wasn't given any narcotics from that doctor though, and there's no reason why I would expect that a new doctor would give any narcotics. But, it seems that they also don't offer any dilator's before the procedure, and this is what I wanted to get clear on. Based on my last experience, I would be too afraid to do the procedure without a dilator. Given my past experience, it's reasonable why I would be overwhelmed as I prepare to have the old IUD removed and a new one put in. It's unfortunate that the receptionist is more concerned with trying to "out" potential drug seekers than answering the questions of prospective patients. When it comes to smaller, more personal clinics, the most important thing is feeling safe as a patient. I would never be able to feel safe to share my concerns at this clinic, so there would never be a reason for me to ever go here. Anyone with similar feelings or concerns should also avoid this clinic. Planned Parenthood was much more helpful and supportive on the phone. They do not offer dilator's before their IUD procedures, but it was really easy for me to get that information. They were very kind and understanding as I explained my situation. I may just go back to New Hampshire to have it done. I will also say that I told the receptionist that I would get a recommendation from the doctor who did my first one, in order to verify how unusual my IUD experience was. I don't even think the receptionist heard me. She literally just repeated that the procedure shouldn't be that painful. I don't even know if this clinic offers dilators before the procedure, to be honest. They very well might! So, it really just speaks to the importance of professionalism on the part of the front desk.
