Iowa Casino in Chandler Oklahoma. The worst ever management. Disrespect to the elderly and the disabled. I have a motorized scooter because of my inability to walk. I am prior military. I have a small service dog that rides on my scooter. I went there and I know the rules about not bringing in outside drinks or food. I didn't. I had an empty water bottle that one of the nicer older casino workers took the empty bottle to fill it up, so my service dog could have a drink. I got the bottle and I put some water in a little dish that I take with me. My dog got her drink. My husband and I was playing and a young girl came over said she was assistant manager, and security said I brought in outside water. I explained what happened. She walked away. 5 minutes later she was back, she said my scooter was taking up too much room. I was sitting on my scooter , not able to just get off it. It was parked sideways in front of two machines , my husband was on the third machine and we were both playing the middle machine as well. So we were playing three machines, She told me, I needed to open up that machine for other people to play, that I needed to play only one machine. We moved to a table top machine, so I would be out of the way. Then she came back. she said security said I came in with the water bottle. They watched me on camera bring it in. I told her, yes I brought in the bottle but it was empty, the casino worker filled up the water bottle. She said I was a liar, I brought it in. Of course I did, but it was empty. I protested about her calling me a liar, and said I wanted to speak to the manager. the manager was also a younger woman. No matter what I said, I was told I was a liar. They refused to ask the employee about filling up the bottle. They did not want my husband, me, my service dog or my motorized scooter in their casino. I turned in my players cards and have never gone back. That was over a year ago. I used to be a diamond player with Harrahs, until I moved to Oklahoma and there was no Harrahs. But if this new Harrahs Iowa casino has the same management, the same two women, I will never go there. I live fivee minutes from Harrah's new Iowa casino which is now right across the street from the old one. But even so, the management of the older Iowa casino is horrible, and if it happens again, you can bet I will no longer just take their abuse. I came from Texas, I held my temper then, i was respectful, but I was disrespected. I was a nice Texas woman, but now I have been in Oklahoma long enough to know there are some people who are just meaner than a junk yard dog. The treatment I received at the hands of these women was appalling. They were smug and just plain nasty. Their welcome to Oklahoma attitude showed me that giving authority and a title to young women is truely a mistake. Like I said if they are at the new Harrahs, I will not be a customer. Casino is super tight only bonus you will get is about 1/3 to 1/2 what you have spent in any machine and that's if your luck the other option is to keep spending hoping to hit a line hit for maybe 10 to 20 percent your bet. You would have better luck taking the money you want to play with and grind it up and plant it in your yard to grow into a tree and you know that's not happening so no differently stay away from this one the only reason I have 1 star is I have to put a star read more

Will likely never never go to this casino again. Insane rules (if you don't have a physical ID, real ID on your phone or temporary id from the tag agency is not allowed). There's one bartender that's the nicest person you have ever met and otherwise just crappy atmosphere and ridiculous rules that no other casino has. Casino is fine. The "Steak House" Is a Joke. Bunch of young giggling girls running around chatting. Only 2 of the 15 tables are occupied but 8 of them haven't even been bussed. We have been waiting on our food for over a hour due to a "System Crash" which prevented our order from getting put in. The casino is kind of ridiculous, it does say malfunction voids all pay. But what happens when it takes your money with out playing. So I had a legal valid state issued I'd. I was playing with cash I brought in not free play or bonus anything. Then a $150+ ticket starts max betting the entire ticket non stop until there isn't enough money to keep betting. I informed staff and they brought over half a dozen people for them all to say " I've never seen that before, that sucks sorry" The kicker is I would have lost several hundred more if I would have had the chance to play it myself. But when the machine steals the money from you as your watching it. Followed by 25 minutes of standing there waiting like I was in trouble only to have the manager see that the history on the machine matches what I said and the cameras show the same thing. Management offered the 1.20 left on the machine as a condolence I guess. I would have rather had them say I'm sorry. read more

You are not going to win here overall. When you put $500 in a penny machine and hit NOTHING, something is wrong. I have played the same 25 cent machine for 7 years and never hit on it, I would love to see the history on it!! They used to have drawings for $50 free play, don't do that anymore, used to give away gifts according to points, don't don't do that anymore, used to give away cars, boats, lawn mowers, cycles, ect., don't do that anymore! Used to have drawing on New Years Eve for cash amounting to what ever year it is. (like 2022 would be $2,022 dollars), don't do that anymore! They are all about keeping your money! This is the nastiest casino ever. I know an employee that tells me horror stories of how unclean the kitchen and bar area are. "Black mold everywhere because nobody cleans" I got food poisoning from my SALAD. Because the salad was so old and they covered it in dressing so you couldn't tell. They always seem to be understaffed. Everyone looks miserable. A waitress actually told me that their department head walks around telling everyone they are replaceable- while the bartender consistently over-serves to make better tips. I sat at the bar and watched it happen- i also witnessed the blonde bartender mouthing off to her manager with no consequences. Another time I saw a manager screaming in the other bartenders face. This place needs to be shut down. The whole casino is a joke and a shit show. read more

It's a small casino out of the way but its staff are friendly and their perks for first timers are pretty good. I also got a voucher for free play of about $18 and my fiancé got one for $20. I won pretty well off some of their games. I wasn't impressed with the drinks or anything like that. Bathrooms were clean and that's always a plus. I will for sure go back. It sucks they are only open till midnight but for a local, small casino, I would for sure say give them a try. I don't do table games so I have no opinion on that. Slots are cheap and fun and the max I spent was $3 a bet and won pretty decent. Even some of the .50¢ bet machines were paying out well. Have fun & play smart. read more

Horrible! What is going on with this place? Bad management, Change of management....? Used to be pretty good food, the service was a little slow but always pleased with the meal... there is not a lot in this area, so a good place for a good meal. Lately, however.... even slower than normal, one night the manager told us that service was slow because she had to send someone home. Is this my problem or even something that I should know about? Last week; my wine was brought to me in a small plastic cup and I was told that glass isn't allowed in the restaurant...the woman at the next table was brought the same and she was told that all the glassware was dirty.... and that we would be bought real glasses when the bar had clean glassware.... tonight: Our appetizer, crab stuffed mushrooms, was brought out completely cold! Oh, well, we weren't in a hurry; they took our app plates that had the food that we had cut to taste, but never eaten. When they brought out the hot mushrooms, it was the original that was sent back, heated up, minus what was on the plates that they took, so half of the dish that we were paying for and expecting. The manager or someone new wearing an earpiece asked if we wanted a new app, after we questioned only having a partial dish. Still waiting on the appetizer, after an hour, our entree came out. NOT what we ordered! Left, not waiting any longer on the proper appetizer or the correct entree. Have to say: our server was great; Recognizes us, apologized.... but what is going on with management, the kitchen, the inept host? read more

As far as the electronic slots go, horrible. Reels are out of alignment. randomly will payout but never anything significant. Even the "jackpots" that I was able yo get were WAY below what other local Casino's average. I would be really interested to see where this Casino percentage/payouts is set because it has to one of the worst. read more

Can only speak for restaurant. Really good food, love their salads and homemade ranch dressing. I like that they bring it in a cup for you to put as little or as much as you want. I usually get the Philly cheese steak sandwich, sometimes delicious fries, other times the salad as I order the Pick two for 5.95.Can't eat anywhere for that. Other sandwiches are just as tasty. We had a very fine steak dinner. The steak was well cut and perfectly char broiled. The salad was good and crispy cold. The staff was very well trained. The dining room was very clean. If I lived close by, this would be my go to place for a nice steak dinner. read more

We had a lot of fun at this place. We didn't win much but that is with everything casinos. It is always fun when you can win but we try hard not to spend to much if they are not ringing especially when you live on a budget on social security. The people that work there are awesome. We love the respect and help from all the employees. The free play was great and we loved the food. We plan on making another trip next week. We drive from Tulsa so every chance we can we will take a drive. Thank you for free play and the excellent chicken fried steak. Always great food. My favorite meal is the 1/2 club sandwich and French onion soup. The steaks are decent and the staff is nice.

My husband, mother and sister came to the restaurant to eat, it wasn't all that busy. We sat down to visit and waited for our meal and started noticing how long it was taking others that came in much later than us were being served. After waiting almost an hour we were getting upset and our waitress came by and noticed we still haven't been served so she went to the kitchen to check on our meal. While we were waiting the manager walked by and we asked her she told us they were plating our meal right now, we'll about 15 minutes later they brought it out and we started eating and all 4 of our meals were cold and hot in places. They obviously forgot to bring our food out and when we called them on it they realized it and had to microwave them. First and last time I will ever go there and I recommend that you stay away unless you have hours to wait and like microwave reheated food. read more

I have to say this about the restaurant at Iowa casino. It is not worth the drive out to eat there. Let me explain why. My family and I went there to eat again on 2/6/19. We were seated and the waitress gave us our coffee and water. She then took our order and from there is was all down hill. It was a repeat of the last time we dined there but they are getting worse. We ordered the prime rib dinner. It was an easy order, after 25 minutes we asked our waitress how much longer it would be before our meal came, at that point she went into the kitchen and came back and told us they were out of one of the sides. (it takes a cook 25 minutes to figure out that he is out of a side) Now I would say it was busy but there was only one table in front of us and they already had their meal. How long does it take to cut a prime rib? When our order was served we had to ask the waitress for our au gus and our bread to go with our meal. This is just a repeat of our last visit but we ordered sandwiches that last time and it still took 30 minutes to get served. Now according to what they say on their billboard they have a class restaurant. I beg to differ, it is very bad service and slower cooking time then most any place I have ever visited. The wait was not worth it for the meal either as the prime rib came out cold and tough to chew. if it was not for the au gus it would have had no flavor either. I know my wife and I will never return there to eat again. I will state this at first it was a good place but they have dropped in quality food and quality guest service.
