Constantine: On February 15, 2019 I paid $321 to iParamedics for an original Samsung front screen replacement for my Samsung Note 8 cell phone. Three weeks ago the phone's back screen cracked. I'm no longer living in the St Pete's area. I took the phone to an official Samsung repair shop where I'm currently living. They told me that they could not replace the back cover because it was not a Samsung original! I need a reimbursement back to my credit card! Got a new screen from them on 12/31/19. While I was there the tech and the counter girl saw that my back glass was broken and my case was busted. Today I go to their warranty center which is the 4th st location and the owner of the company proceeded to tell me the screen is broken and I need to pay $220 to replace it again. I then show him it's clicking and you can see the break is caused from the inside and the screen not being installed correctly. He then tells me that because of the broken back, and broken case which were like that when they repaired the front I would have to pay for it being broken from the inside and not being installed correctly read more

I've unfortunately become a regular at this place. Luckily it is run by he nicest and most honest people. Dropped by phone in water, cracked screen and new battery- they have helped me every time. Spent a lot of time researching options in the area after I broke the screen on my iPhone and determined VALUE is the most important aspect when choosing a repair shop. I found a couple places a little cheaper, but none offered the quality of product, speed, and service that I got at iParamedics. Had the pleasure of being helped by the store owner, Constantine, when I came in a little after 5:30pm. Got to sit at his workbench and watch while he explained the process of replacing my screen and battery. He was extremely helpful and friendly while I grilled him about the authenticity of the iPhone screen (authentic Apple unlike aftermarket lcds offered everywhere else) and he did many tests along the way to ensure everything was working. Even though he took time out to answer a few calls and help a couple customers, I was out the door by 6pm with a phone that functions and looks as great as the day I bought it. I dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen cracked. So i took it to these people bc they were close and the only place open. Mind you, you can buy a new screen kit for $25 and do it yourself. Its as simple as unscrewing, fit new screen in place, and re-screw. If youve used a screw driver you can do it. Takes no skill. Simple right? Ive done 100's of these back in the days. I wanted to get the screen fixed now not wait for shipping the kit over the holidays which could be up to a week. Anyway, they botched the cracked screen repair the first time on 12/29/17 by not setting the screen properly in place by holding pressure to the screen to sink into the frame while screwing it in. Annoyed I had to than go back again, I had them do it over 12/30/17, and of course, they botched it again this time by forgetting the screws that stabilize the home button. Now the screen is flickering, rickety feeling, home button is lose, and the screen and home button do not respond to touch the first time. They broke my iPhone! I paid $85 for iParamedics to ruin my property so they could "practice". Do yourself a favor and find another place to go, these people are argumentative aholes who then blamed me for their shotty work ane when that didnt work they started to blame Apple. They are your garden variety kids who watch youtube videos then try to "fix" your device and ruin your property. Its that simple. If thats not enough, they than will have you sign a document after they botch your repair that states you are liable for ALL damages and not them. As well as you cannot contact your bank and do a charge back after they ruin your property! WOW! Dont believe me? Go there and ask for the documentation, I can post it as well if anyone wants to view it. If your feeling brave and want to throw your hard earned money away, take your property to these incompetent kids and allow them to break your property. The screen cracked on my iPhone 6. They replaced the screen and talked me into a new battery. Days later, the battery wasn't working properly and while they DID replace it for no charge when I went back (hassle) I ended up having to get a brand new phone a week later Bc the screen was bogus. Their screens sit on top of the phone, not flush with the phone, like original iPhone screens. It was nearly impossible to text and I had to click things several times and there was a strange, light spot constantly showing through the screen. I tried to save money by not going to an Apple store for the screen, and ended up having to shell out way more money for a new phone. Super disappointed. Do not have your iPhone screen replaced here. read more

So I bought this charger online and it wouldn't connect with my phone. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone where I had bought it so I decided maybe one of these phone repair shops could help. I was very pleased with the store and the associates working there. Constantine is very friendly and was of great help. DON NOT DO IT!!!!! I had a galaxy S8 (water resistant phone) that had a few chips in the screen prior to and after replacing the screen (which was nearly half the cost of the phone) I asked if it would still be water resistant. He assured me that it would be just as resistant to water damage as it was before the screen replacement. The very first time in came in contact with water the board shorted due to improper sealing. When i brought the phone back to iParamedics to see if it could be fixed he completely cracked the back of the screen and stated that the poor seal was at fault but would not be replacing my $800.00 phone. read more

went to the establishment wanting to get a new battery for my S6 Samsung. The young man working there upsold me to also replace my port that the charger goes in. He explained it was a delicate process and it could damage the LCD screen if not a professional , like himself , did. when I picked up my phone I turned it on to find a black spot in the upper right corner. He immediately said that I must have squeezed the corner in the less than 10 seconds it took to walk to the register. Which was a joke. The phone was not turned on till I went to pay yet he tried to blame me. Absurd. After much debate they charged me 170 dollars in addition to the 160 I paid initially . What a scam. The worst part is the battery doesnt hold a charge any better than my old one. I read the reviews and thought I would have had a different outcome.
