When the driver George was 10 minutes late, I called him for the first time. He apologized for the delay and explained how he was sending a different driver. This was the last time we spoke. I was sent to voicemail every time since. Over the next hour, I called the main office lines (most of which, as I found out, are based in San Diego) as well as the original person who booked my reservation, Tammay, who was not available by cell. Everyone I spoke with continued to tell me they couldn't get a hold of the driver, George, and he was the one holding all the cards in our scenario. After several frustrating phone calls with people who seemed to have no idea how to accommodate me, my group was left with driving ourselves to the wedding. As anyone who has been to a wedding knows, it's a time to hang lose a bit, and enjoy ourselves with some alcohol. With this in mind, we still hoped Air Force 1 Limo would makeup for their previous mistake and provide transportation home so that we could drink responsibly. My fiancée was able to speak with Tammay this time as she promised to get to the bottom of our situation. Again, no answer from our driver George, and after getting nowhere with the main office the first time, we didn't see the point. Tammay never replied as promised, and my group was left stranded for a second time. I cannot put into words the frustration of the transpired events on a day as important as this. We would've expected at the very least some sort of retribution with a ride home and there was nothing. I've never dealt with a company that is totally willing to give up on their customer. He waited outside and sent me a text letting me know he was ready any time I was and he never rushed me. When we checked out the car, all 4 baby seats were there just like they said. Aaron was funny, professional and got me to the airport on time. When I returned from my vacation, I turned on my cell phone after we landed at LAX and there was a voicemail from Aaron saying he was already there waiting (Note: He was waiting for about an hour). When I walked out of the airport, there he was ready to pick us up. Convenience: I researched a lot on whether to leave my car at LAX at one of their long term parking structures. After reading all the horror stories about that and finding out that the price was comparable to having a driver, I decided to go with Air Force 1.
