I waited for approx 15-20mins if not longer. Quite a few people came in AFTER I ordered, but they got their sandwiches before I did which was weird. There are 3 people working behind the counter, and 1 of those people did cash as well. They charged tax even though I paid cash. Sandwich was good, but be prepared to wait. It was NOT a quick in/out!
