I mean zero!! After 20 minutes I took it upon myself to go get menus from another table. I waited again and I went to the counter to place the order (no it's not one of those places you order yourself and then sit down) I then went to the counter and asked for takeout containers. The only service we had was the food being delivered to our table, and if I knew when the food was going to be ready I would grabbed it myself. They were busy with takeout and food delivery (Uber eats etc) and couldn't care about the customers sitting down. Really disappointing! The chicken pad thai was just ok, I would say that it wasn't pad Thai, I could swear that there was ketchup in the sauce, not even a taste of tamarind. I will not be going back! My most recent experience including wait at the door for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged to get a simple take out order of a Bubble tea. I did order a stir fry on one of my visits and it honestly wasn't that good either. Poor portion size and it was overcooked and wasn't worth what I paid for it. Recently, i was there with a large group and i haven't been asked for so much as a glass of water. I told the organizer of the group about my experience and was told the owner apologized profusely but couldn't be bothered to apologize to my face despite me being there. If you are a member of the disabled community here in Guelph, i do not recommend this establishment. I am a known disabled advocate here in the city and from experiences from this restaurant, I cannot recommend it as I felt like I wasn't valued as a guest or even recognized as a person.
