My son broke his iPhone screen for the 3rd time and my daughter's iphone stopped responding! They were booth going to throw away their phones. After checking the yelp reviews, I found Ren. He took the time to diagnose the problems and provide good solutions. It turned out that my daughter's iphone's logic board was damaged, which would practically require rebuilding the phone. But her glass was fine. Ren didnt charge us for the diagnosis. He carefully transferred my daughter's glass to my son's shatteted iphone for a very, very affordable price. We also bought a phone case, which was also reasonably priced. We plan to bring our MacBook Air for free diagnosis. This place was a great find!! Hope there are more businessmen like Ren. read more

Conflicted. Screen repair is done nicely but when he asked me if he should replace my home button I said no, but he did it anyway and charged me for it. I originally went because he said it would be around $70 for screen repair but he added $15 for LCD and $20 for home button (which I didn't ask for). He also told me it would take under 30 minutes but I waited an hour. Nice guy but won't be coming back. I paid more than double the original quote I was given. read more

I got suckered into going and off I went. The minute I walked in, I was greeted right away. Surprisingly, their prices were very competitive, given that they're within the melrose area. Most businesses in this area jack up their prices because most people around here apparently has money! I think Joe or Joel was his name sure Hooked me up. I was in and out of there. Customer service is pretty amazing. He was very engaging while he was fixing my phone. I've been to places where you have that awkward moment. Very personable dude. The place looks very trendy. I normally don't write long a$$ reviews but this dude impressed me with the way he took care of me. He knows his stuff!
