I had cracked the corner of my IPhone screen and took it here for repair and was in and out within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. A couple of weeks later I dropped it AGAIN and was kicking myself for not swapping out my case the first time -and I brought it back in again. To my surprise this time it was considerably less money - as I only had to replace the screen protector they had installed for me the last time (the screen was protected). I wanted to repair my phone before trading it for any upgrade, if that even makes any difference. The dude working there was nice and let me take my dog into the store. Some storefronts can be annoying about bringing in dogs, but he was pretty friendly... Parking is easy. This is in the same lot as Zankou Chicken and Baklava Factory if you are familiar with the Glendale area, so it can sometimes be a super busy lot, I have almost always gotten a parking spot on the first level--everyone is usually in and out of the lot pretty quickly, but there is additional parking in the level below in case the lot is ever super full. If you want to get fraudulent work done, this is the place to go. First off, went in to get my battery and back glass replaced on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Guy there quoted me $250. Great life's good right? No... no it's not. Within 4 days, the supposed "brand new oem" battery they put in was draining like crazy and would have random shutoffs. Ok no problem right? Defects happen. So I gave the business a call and they told me to come in. Went in, and the guy doubted It was the battery but he said he "replaced" it. On my way home, I realized the screen protector I had and my screen were replaced.. I knew the screen protector wasn't mine due to design, and my original front glass had a scratch on it. In the mean time, my battery was draining for the same way I went in with. So I texted the guy, asking why they replaced my screen, and he goes "the iPhone 12 screens are easy to break so it probably broke and we replaced it". So why did they try to cover it up is my question? Why did I have to find out? Why didn't they tell me? Avoid at all costs. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They took my oem screen and put on a cheap aftermarket one. Also the battery is also aftermarket. Again, if you want a quality repair, this isn't the place to Go, you will get scammed. The place thought I was stupid and wouldn't notice.. nice job fellas. You lost a good customer. read more

I got quoted a great price again(I got my iPad mini screen repaired here too) and they were fast too. The repair was OK, but I thought it was weird that they asked for my passcode. I asked why, and they said to "test the screen after repair". I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that, so I decided to wipe and reset the iPad before handing over to them. So I went to the settings and it started the process, and once the iPad rebooted and the status bar showed up, I figured it was safe to turn over to them. Fast forward to today when picking up. The screen was fixed, but my iPad was restored to how it was when I gave it over, with all of my iCloud sign in info, all of my photos, lots of private and sensitive data, all back on it. The ONLY way this could have happened was if they did a hard reboot on my iPad before it finished wiping and resetting. And viola, they now had access to everything. In hindsight I should have done a full wipe before taking it in. You should do the same. read more

I came in about 45 minutes before closing, and my iPhone was repaired quick. The guy also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen which he placed while fixing my screen. I was very impressed when I got my phone back. They also give a free warranty in case there are any problems (other than dropping my phone again). They were quick, kind, and professional. I even tried to tip the man who fixed my screen but he refused to take it, and so I said I'd write a Yelp review which he responded saying that a Yelp review is the greatest tip he can receive. I thought that was a very sweet response. I highly recommend going here for screen repairs.
