Although it now had physical malfunctions occurring that they never informed me, of I was still appreciative of the repair. After returning for what I thought would be good service is where the nightmare began. I brought in a pair of headphones since it's in their list of repairables yet immediately the guy turns me away. He says that they don't do work on AirPod Max's and to go to a different store. He wasn't willing to tell me which store to try or why they can't work on it; he seemed like he wanted me to leave so he could go back on his phone. Afterwards, I tried to get a free PC tune up. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived instead of being treated properly the guy wanted to argue with me and try to explain to me that my appointment isn't showing up in his system while I'm showing him my confirmation messages. I understand technical difficulties but the guy was just being a weirdo. He snatched my phone out of my hand and then took it to the back multiple times. Eventually it popped up. If the guy could pick up on any social cues it could've went so much smoother. On the receipt is a pickup date, so I return 2 days after it. The laptop still isn't ready. It shouldn't take 7+ days to tune up a PC...The same guy from before helped me and he just blankly told me that they're still working on and it's not ready. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker. Just terrible service I realized that after 1 positive experience, I got lucky and this place sucks. If you're looking for good customer service. If you enjoy helped at their convenience and lowkey screwed over this place is for you (ex. They will offer you a non-oem quality screen replacement for your iPhone.). Pretty sure they incentivize positive reviews as well so take the other ones with a grain of salt.

Instead, this place will just replace your iPhone screen with a low quality Chinese made counter part. My screen is no longer cracked but the sensitivity of the touch keys and quality of screen have been compromised big time. I cannot play any games that require good touch screen sensitivity anymore (ex: fruitninja and piano games). I am also having some difficulties writing this review. Plus, the owner first gave me the phone with a screen that looked yellowish. Plus, the thumbprint recognition did not work. I asked the owner if i could keep my broken screen and he asked another $20 on top of $50. As a result, my iPhone 6s plus feels like a $10 pre paid phone. I probably would have been better off not repairing at all. But if you do not care much about quality and just want a working screen at a cheap price, this place might work for you.

I contacted them via Yelp, asked for a quote and their hours, and they responded quickly with a very reasonable price--comparable to a regular shop, but even better, they could come to me. Despite their advertised 24/7 hours, I was skeptical, but sure enough, Sean showed up at my house at 10:30 p.m., right on time. I was a bit late, but he was very understanding. He repaired my LCD screen, and since my battery kept losing charge, I asked him about a battery replacement while he was working on it. He quoted me a really reasonable price, so I said, Why not? Let's just knock them both out at the same time!! Afterward, he took me through all the troubleshooting steps, testing every feature, and everything seemed perfect at first. The next day, though, I started experiencing some issues. Thankfully, he had given me his personal number in case that happened, so I contacted him immediately. He was back at my house within 24 hours, replaced the LCD screen again under warranty, at no extra charge. His customer service was outstanding--he made me feel completely at ease--and this experience was so awesome, I already know I'm going to hit him up to fix the two iPads that I have broken. I met with them that same day, within a few hours. Sean (apologies if spelled incorrectly) tried various methods, including a new phone battery, however he knew and explained that, due to it being a motherboard issue, it would be more complex and costly without a guaranteed result. My phone did not turn on again (it's a Samsung S10) and they provided me with tips on what I can do next and possible upgrade options. They have amazing customer service and were very understanding and patient with my questions and with allowing me to watch as they worked. Then, told me it was actually fixed and ready for pickup. But when I arrived you let me know the new issues hadn't been fixed. Also, after referring to our recorded in-person conversation, you both never actually mention to me any vague " underlying motherboard‑related issues" and you definitely don't mention any specific diagnostic results that confirm a motherboard fault rather than a display or cable issue. Which is more likely the cause of the foggy/smudgy/ hazy edges and sepia colored camera display issue that I'm now dealing with. I do hear, at the end of our interaction, you all ask me if I now plan to sell my computer. Were you all trying to buy my computer that had just left with you to be repaired after I was obviously extremely disappointed with the service? I would like to bring my computer back one last time this week in hopes that you can, at the very least, return my camera it's original quality So I can return using it for work.
