Here's a photo of their car when the guy was in the store

I took my iPhone to be fixed and the man did a shitty job of fixing my phone my home button doesn't really work so I had to smack my phone or tablet on something to get it to work he was so much in a rush to get me out so he can buy some stolen phones or lost phones from some cholo looking fellows who were acting like he was a drug deal wouldn't recommend taking it to these guys! The guy who worked on my phone had an attitude when I told him my home button wasn't working and didn't even work on it tell me to wait a couple days I just didn't bother coming back because the guy was acting so shady

Cheap screen crashed after 4 days

Very unhappy with the service. Replaced iPhone 8 Plus screen crashed in 4 days and refused to replace it. We had to paid double. $160 total. The touch screen didn't work properly the second time they installed. We found glue all over the screen (see pictures). They didn't installed it correctly with cheap quality screen easily crashes. This place didn't take any responsibility and refused to refund us. So sad to see how they do business with so much competition.

On top of that, Tommy gifted me a camera protector and glued back some components of my existing case for free!

He walked me through every repair step clearly, answered all my tech questions patiently, and finished fixing my phone super fast while I waited. The workmanship is flawless--my phone works like brand new, no loose parts, no screen glitches, everything fits perfectly. The pricing is transparent and way more reasonable than official Apple stores. They even double-checked all functions after repair to make sure nothing was wrong. I really appreciate their honest, skilled service. No upselling unnecessary parts, no sloppy repairs. I will absolutely come back for all my phone, tablet and laptop fixes, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone with broken electronics!

I tried multiple official chargers and cables, but nothing worked, and the phone would get scorching hot once plugged in. I thought I'd have to replace the entire mainboard which would cost a fortune. I came here on a whim, and they gave me full diagnostic check for free. The tech explained clearly that the charging IC on the logic board was broken, walked me through every repair plan and upfront pricing with zero hidden charges. They finished the repair the same day so I could pick my phone up quickly. Now my phone charges flawlessly without overheating, and all my work data is fully preserved with zero loss. The staff are incredibly honest, skilled and patient with customers. This will be my go-to spot for all device repairs, I've already recommended it to all my friends!

I found this place on Yelp, sent a message, within a less than a minute, I got a quoted price, what time to come in and roughly how long it would take. No BS, no "we'll have to see what condition the phone is in, in order to give you the price", just exact price right on the spot. I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever had with repair service and definitely making this my new go to place for any repairs. I also found out Jerry not only does Phone repairs but also, tablet, and computer so I'll be coming here for those in the future. 5 stars for awesome experience here, and another 5 stars for Jerry for being friendly, easy to deal with and just providing good customer service.

Big Thank you and shout out to a guy named Tristan who helped me out tremendously a few weeks ago…read more Recently upgraded to a new phone, but there were some complications along the way at other T-Mobile stores that had trouble transferring data and activating my line and my data got shut off. Eventually got to a point where after multiple attempts to bringing it back unsuccessfully, I was sent to this Experience store where Tristan was able to resolve the issue! The biggest part though that felt different was how he came across it with being caring and compassionate as I felt his genuine kindness in trying to fix my issues. He demonstrated persistency in finding me a solution, kindness throughout the entire process, and definitely patience as he had to call the main account holder multiple times to get access even though she wasn't picking up, but he stayed consistent and polite throughout the entire time. I don't usually write reviews and I have grown up in the customer service industry my entire life. And I just honestly wanted to mention that this guy Tristan definitely went above to make a positive experience after interacting with multiple other T-Mobile stores that same day without the same effort. Thanks Tristan again and keep doing you. Best , Phil N.

However, their helpfulness completely stops there. Yesterday, I drove out to this store yet again to return an item. T-Mobile's online customer service explicitly told me I could return it here. Furthermore, T-Mobile's official website explicitly lists this Experience location under their "participating return locations." Yet, when I walked in, the store staff refused the return and told me they couldn't take items back. When I pointed out what the website and phone reps said, the store employees arrogantly informed me that they were correct, and that the website and the company's own call center agents were wrong. Frustrated, I asked for the closest store that could process my return. They sent me down the road to a standard corporate store. When I arrived at the corporate location and explained the headache I just went through, the employees there were baffled--they told me the Experience store absolutely should have been able to handle my return. So, who am I supposed to believe? Three separate T-Mobile entities (online customer service, the official website, and a local corporate store) or the one "Experience" store?
