Daniel, Using original quality has nothing to do with it, you should use that no matter what. And yes you had us check the touch on the screen but we never felt it up and down for any cracks because and you couldn't see any. Your warranty does NOT state "Two months warranty not including physical damage" it states "60 day warranty unless your phone had prior water or physical damage". Phone does not have any water or physical damage. And if we would have noticed it a month or 2 down the road it would be a different story but it was 8 DAYS and like I said it could have been there the next day because it's really fine and you can't see it. For all I know it could be a faulty screen which you could send back to the manufacturer. Even my insurance company even said it should be under warranty. read more

These guys are AMAZING!! My phone took a dip in the pool with an already cracked screen so of course it blacked out and wouldn't turn on again. I took my phone to LadyTech (DO NOT USE HER) and they sent someone to my house to fix my phone (I wrote her in a message that I wanted a quote on water damage cause my phone won't turn on, fixing my cracked screen and fixing my audio issues) the guy comes and cleans the inside of the phone and after 25 minutes comes back and says ok I cleaned the inside and there's too much damage that the phone won't turn on. And they still charged me!! So found these awesome guys and took my phone to them and told them the phone was cleaned inside. They kept my phone for like a day (which I didn't mind) and were not only able to get my phone to turn on....but were able to fix my audio issues I had with it AND fix my cracked screen! Amazing! I like how they keep working until it's all satisfied, not just oh sorry too much water damage I can't fix it.
