I trusted him to take the phone and return it by the end of the day. I stayed late at work to wait for my phone, only to receive a phone call that a cord was severed and a part needed to be ordered. I was assured the part would be obtained and my phone would be fixed the next day. After two days of phone tag, I was told that my phone could not be fixed. I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. I would stay clear of this service.

Beware! stay clear of this place, it is setup to look like a Metro PCS store but its not..... this…read moreplace is nothing but a money siphon, I went in there thinking it was a metro PCS store, I wanted to pay my bill.. which came to 43.00 dollars, so i gave her 50.00 dollars in cash and she gave me my change. So I'am driving back to OC where I live and tried to use my phone and I get a pre-recorded message that says "your phone has been disconnected due to non payment" I was thinking to myself, WTF I just paid my bill. I pull into a metro PCS close to my house and explain to the guy that I was in riverside earlier and I paid my bill but I'am still getting this message that says my bill was not paid.. so he looked it up on his computer and said nope, your bill is unpaid, he also told me that I would have to go back to the store where the payment was made and take it up with that store. I showed him the receipt I got from that store and he looked at it and said "I don't know what that is but not a metro PCS receipt" he said it looked like some mickey mouse receipt and I agreed with him it looked nothing like the receipts that i was use to getting when i paid my bill.. So using a different phone (since my phone was disconnected) I called the store where I paid my bill and spoke to this compulsive liar named halo and explained to him the situation.. His reply to me was the first of a series of lies that went on and on for the next several days. he said "no problem I will take care of it for you just wait 15 minutes and your phone will be back online" of course as you may have already guessed my phone was not back online and the bill remained unpaid. I tried calling him back and the phone rang and rang and eventually went to some cheesy voice mail. I called him back over and over again like 6 time and he wouldn't pick up, finally I managed to get through and told him my bill is still unpaid, he reassured me that he would take care of it over the weekend and not to worry. I went to a metro PCS corporate store where all customer disputes are resolved and they told me there is nothing they can do because this was not a metro PCS (even though it looks like one). The following monday my bill is still unpaid and this guy still telling me he was going to take care of it, I went back and forth with him for thge next several days, listening to his lies.. Finally I gave up and just went into the Metro close to my house and paid the bill to get my phone back online. I called the department of consumer affairs and filled out a customer complaint form and its on file. If your looking to pay your phone bill I would strongly suggest not going to this store, they will pocket your money and then lie to you over and over again. The Dept of consumer affairs said there was several customer complaints on file and they will probably shut this place down soon. You have been warned
