Add on the fact that the crooked owner almost always has some snarky comment to reply with should say EVERYTHING. There are reviews of people being less than thrilled about the work this little company provides, but when I state that I saw it first hand I'm not being honest? That makes no sense. You DO use used parts. I was there when your employee asked if you had any Samsung Galaxy s9+ in the back for parts. You brought the parts phone to the front too. And yes, I did curse at your little employee. Maybe if you guys did ANY work you were actually proud of and didn't always have people coming back with even more issues then simple facts wouldn't intimidate you. Regarding the Sony disk player, a random cord you guys found that "should work" has a tag on it stating it's for a camera, which would probably explain why it doesn't work, because you guys gave me the wrong cord :/ 0/5 stars .. Came here to get my phones screen and back glass fixed. I was told it would take 30 minutes over email, then in person they said an hour. After waiting more than an hour they still weren't done and said they didn't even have the back glass in stock and would have to order it but that the phone ready the next day. I came back the next day and they told me Amazon cancelled the order. They only checked once I was ALREADY there. They told me it would be delivered in 3 days and the phone would be ready then too. 3days later I called them to make sure it was actually ready this time.it was. I get there to pick it up and there's a black glitch on the upper right corner of the phone. They say it will be fixed in about an hour. I get the phone back with rubber bands around it. The back glass is popping off the back of the phone. I let them know. They say pick it up the NEXT day. I do. They give me the phone back with no rubber bands but the glass is STILL popping off of the phone. They offer to put rubber bands. I told they you ALREADY did that, they say they can glue it again. Like that will change it. If the old glue is already dry adding wet glue is not going to change anything. Then I'm given an excuse that they don't have access to the Samsung specific glue??? And that's why it's popping off. They shouldn't be offering repairs if they can only do it half assed. I don't live close to this place. I only gave them a try because I have heard good things. But each time I was in the shop there were at least 3 people complaining about past repairs this company has done on their phone/PlayStation or PC. On top of ALL of those issues when I first came in I bought a Sony dvd/bluray player. I get it home and it doesn't work. I go to return it and the owner refuses to give me my money back for his faulty product. I won't be spending money here ever again. Nearly $200 for used parts and a shitty repair... You're probably better off going to the mall to get screens repaired or even doing it yourself

I have previously had good experiences with UbreakiFix franchise locations, but my recent experience at this new location I tried has left my phone damaged beyond repair and cost me $250. I dropped off my phone to have a cracked screen fixed on my birthday. I noted that the two employees working did not speak English or Spanish fluently, making communication difficult, but I assumed it was a standard repair. Two weeks later, the screen began flickering, and I noticed the bottom external screws were not fully installed. I could not answer my phone or see the new screen they supposedly put in, I returned to the store, and the staff in very broken Endlish informed me the issue was now the battery and offered to replace it-so I agreed - Afterall this is supposed to be a great repair service brand. However, I later discovered they did not replace the battery. When I took my phone to another repair company, they discovered that three internal screws were missing entirely and my battery had been pried lose and not replaced,. I did not do this. Only this location of this franchise did, I gave this location two opportunities to properly repair my phone and communicate clearly, but both attempts failed. Furthermore, during my visits, I witnessed multiple other customers complaining in both English and Spanish about faulty repairs. I myself have not been able to conduct my work and it is affecting my job. Given that my phone is now permanently damaged due to the poor workmanship at this location and false information about work performed, I want to request a full refund of the $250 I paid. However, The staff can't communicate in English or Spanish the two languages I speak -- so it makes it impossible to request from them directly. I hope that the National Team at UBrekIfix see this and can get me a ok a prompt response regarding how this will be resolved. This location needs to be renamed YouBreak WeBreakSomemore!
