Had an appointment at Temecula Apple Store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very unfriendly employee who seemed very disinterested I was sent to a table where I sat for 45 minutes before a tech came over. She was also very short and unfriendly. I was told to fix the creaked screen could take about 2 hours. I left the store with my phone unfixed. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Unprofessional is an understatement. I went about a week ago for a screen replacement , I noticed by the time I was home that the screen was lifted . I didn't go back immediately because I'm not a confrontational person and I planned on getting a new phone anyways. As the week passed all sides of the screen began lifting so I decided to go back to see if they could fix it as it seemed like the screen was just not properly placed . I was very nice and I wasn't even asking for a refund , but upon arrival they immediately began getting defensive blaming it on me dropping the screen , etc ... which is untrue. I paid over 92 dollars even tipped them just for them to provide a faulty service and even worst customer service . Please don't go here they are a scam and very unprofessional save your money. I emailed this place to ask how much it would be to repair one of my Apple iPhones, and they emailed back and said "$200". I said no thanks. I called my cell phone providers insurance, and it's $100 total, so of course I'm going with them instead. And I know my phone will be fixed correctly. I even mentioned politely on my email response, "Maybe you should adjust your price accordingly", and the person who emailed back said "Negative". My kids broke my iPad it's a 9 or 10 inch I believe & my screen just kept getting worse & worse it was shattered with pieces falling out. Called for a quote I was given one easily over the phone & they had better pricing then other places I called. Went to drop it off Saturday & the lady in the front helped us & picked it up Monday (Sunday they're closed) & it was like brand new! As to the people who are complaining about the service, yes the person helping in the front isn't "jumping for joy" but she was not even close to being rude, making me feel unwelcome or mean. NOT EVERYONE is outgoing & has the same personality. When I went to pick up my iPad I took my kids & she was the nicest ever to them, made conversation, complemented my daughter & spoke very kindly to my son. But the technician needs to tell the front receptionist lady to work on her customer service skills because it can really make a difference with customers. I walked in and greeted her and when she responded back her tone of voice was like if she was already irritated and then when I told her what I wanted to be done she responded with attitude and the tone of her voice was not at all pleasant. Phenomenal service!!! They replaced the RAM in my Mac Mini for a very reasonable price, IMHO. The machine now screams - it is so fast. They were forthright in stating that the CPU might be "dying" and that the RAM upgrade install might not resolve the slowing-down issues. Excellent. They tell you exactly what's wrong and they always have their customers best interest in mind. For one of my repairs they informed me that it would be more cost effective if I used the insurance provider I had through my carrier than to try and fix it through them. Now that's customer service. They are so amazing! I cracked my MacBook 13inch retina on the floor the week of my final exams and they were able to bring it back to life within two days!! I think they are a black owned family business and if I could afford to tip them more, I really would have! I paid a total of $550 + tip to get my screen replaced. Do NOT go here. Terrible service and fixed my phone incorrectly. Went to them for first time when my phone initially broke (it shut down and would not turn back on) they told me it was a screen issue and replaced my screen for me. For 3 weeks my phone worked fine. Then one day, it mysteriously cracked when i was using it (keep in mind, it was NOT dropped nor tossed around) This was really strange, so I went back to them to see what happened. I was explaining the situation to them, but the lady at the front desk was not having it. She is one of the rudest customer service people I have met. From the get go, she was very condescending and rude. So much attitude for no reason, so b*tchy, and VERY patronizing. I am honestly shocked as I have never been treated like this by someone before. At one point, the guy working on the phones shouted from behind the store, "Get them out of here." Basically, they accused me of lying, were very rude, and forced us out of the store without even attempting to help even a little. I went to get my phone screen fixed somewhere else. Turns out, my screen cracked out of nowhere because this place replaced it incorrectly; there was a screw loose that caused it. It was there fault the whole time. Overall, 0/10. They were VERY rude and installed my screen incorrectly. Never go here. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, specially the lady on the front desk she is very rude and arrogant, she treats their customers very bad with an attitude, I took my Mac yesterday and I told them that I know the hard drive has to be replaced so they said ok we will do a diagnostic on it and will charge you $40 if you decide to repair it we will waive the $40 and I agreed but due to her poor customer service within 5 mins I changed my mind and as soon as I was about get back to their shop I get a call from them saying that ooh you need a new hard drive and I said I am coming up and when I went back up there and I told them I don't want you guys to fix it they were looking at each other cause I caught them lying and the main guy was not coming out from the back so I asked to talk to him and when I told how is it possible to do a diagnostic on it within 5 minutes he said ooh I have been doing this for years and she started saying we refuse to service you and they all got mad and ready to fight, I ended up giving them $40 as a donation cause I knew that they didn't did anything to it and I won't recommend anybody doing business with them cause they r stealing everyone's money, specially the students who work to pay for their expenses and collage fees. read more
