Took my Nintendo Switch in to get the fan replaced. Emily didn't have a new part on hand, she replaced my completely broken fan in about 15 minutes so that my Switch was functioning right away and then I could take it back later to get the actual new part. Service was professional and fast. I also had a custom desktop gaming computer on hand that wasn't working right, wouldn't start up at all and couldn't figure out why but I just also didn't have the time to tinker with it. I figured it would just be faster and easier to take it in since I didn't really know for sure what the problem was. Very upset With the service that was provided I came two weeks ago and I paid $110 for a screen. The screen fell 4 inches from my hand onto my desk and it completely shattered and made the screen go black and fuzzy. I tried to get a hold of the managers Jordan And Drew and they did not get back to me i called 3 times. I went back hoping they would help me With the price. I paid an additional $87. We have had the unlucky opportunity of being in need of such a business on more than one occasion. The repair techs here are competent, fast and knowledgeable. But what is most impressive to me is that, in a business industry known for the bare minimum, (and even then customers having to kind of "hold the hand" of the repair process--) this store instead anticipates needs and seems to put themselves in the customer's shoes. I really have felt each time I have had the misfortune to need them- that the goal for them is to make sure that I have restored devices and restored convenience in the smallest repair window possible.
