Probably one of my favorite movie theater experience. This was my first time at IPic and definitely not my last. I had high expectations and they were all fulfilled, I was super excited to try the spicy tuna crispy rice because it's one of my favorite dishes ever, and it was very delicious, not that crispy but I still liked it. I also got their small popcorn with truffle and parmesan which was amazing!!!! So much popcorn for a small size and amazing truffle and parmesan taste. My bf got the buttermilk chicken tenders and fries, I did no try the tenders but the fries were very delicious, crispy and tasty. The server took a while to come but I didn't really care about that because I had the whole movie to order and eat so that was ok. Definitely recommend :) 10/10 read more

HORRIBLE experience. We booked an 8pm movie, movie started after 8:20pm, they called last call at 9pm, by 10pm we decided we should leave because we couldn't get anyone's attention. We go to leave and there is a huge line in the parking garage, the parking garage arm is not letting cars out. When we asked for a staff members help we were told that is "not their jurisdiction". What a disappointment from start to finish. We used to be loyal ipic members, we will not be back. read more

Baffled by the bad reviews on here. We went to see Mission Impossible yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The parking is only a bit confusing: you need to download the parking app and then get a promo code from the iPic desk that lowers the price to $1 + tax and start the clock on that before you go into the theater. The wifi password is on a sign at the desk as cell service was not available. Seats were awesome, sound was great, our server Cassidy was attentive, and the food came quickly. The $5 butter popcorn was more than enough for 2 and delicious. No complaints, would go back! read more

We've been to this venue twice in the last month. Still smelling and looking "fresh out of the box", my bottom line assessment is that it is an outstanding theater, with great acoustics and inviting, private, very comfortable cocoon-like seating, similar to what you would find in a first class cabin on an aircraft. A step above the ipic in Boca Raton, which has started to show its aging. The table for food and drinks between the "couple's cocoon" swivels, And is much larger than the Boca ipic. Drink holders pop out of your cocoon sides, giving you extra room on the table. The servers were pleasant, young GM, attractive, efficient, happy to please. The food runners did what they were supposed to do. Now, to get to the bathroom placement and all the hysterical comments and reviews. Boys and girls, calm down. Get a grip. Stop bitching and being snarky and nasty. Here's my advice: Pee before you go into the auditorium. And if you have to Pee again, it's really not the end of the world. Yes, you need to take an escalator up one flight. The escalator is 10 seconds away from the auditorium where you're watching the film. It takes 4 seconds to get up there. And, most importantly, there are many toilets and urinals for the men and many for the women. And they are immaculate. And lots of sinks and soap. So stop. Please. Stop. Whining. Just wash your hands guys after you do your thing. Please. As to the menu and small bar, the menu for in-theater dining is the same as the menu in Boca ipic. And they have a happy hour at the bar where we had the best crunchy rice spicy salmon. And inexpensive happy hour wine, beer and hard liquor. Now, if they only showed better movie selections I would be there more often. And stop complaining about the parking lot. Yeah you have to pay. And there is discounted rates on certain levels for ipic. READ THE SIGNS. Yes. There are signs. If you think the movie ticket pricing is too high, the bathrooms too far away from your seats and the fee for parking the end of the world issues, go somewhere else and don't write nasty reviews. Horrible experience last night. Went to see Barbie at iPic and was extremely excited for the top notch experience and service (like usual) at iPic but unfortunately it was horrible. I'll just lay it out below to make it quick and easy and apparent this place is closing down soon. - ran out of pillows and blankets - no more free popcorn - ordered popcorn at the beginning of the movie and didn't receive it until 50 min later - no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom - no service at the bar I get that COVID has ruined it for movie theaters but why am I still paying so much for iPic if it's now just your typical theater?? You won't find me there ever again. read more

This iPic is a beautiful theatre, with amazing seats. It's more comfortable and intimate, with the seating booths. A full upscale roof restaurant opens soon. It does have a big bar downstairs on the cinema level right now, and fun seating, in the lounge lobby that is open to the public, without a ticket, and worth a visit all on its own. Let's deal with the Yelplainers' grievances: The theaters rock!! The picture and sound systems are state of the art. The food at your seat is iPic's full menu. I still feel like Sherry Yard, or whomever is their current national chef, forgets about the experience of eating in the dark a bit. The banana pudding is tasty, but its presentation, in a jar, is mostly lost on you while otherwise engaged in the film, and awkward to eat from without a lot of clanking on glass. Same with the Tandoori skewers on a pile of hard to eat asparagus spears. Like all iPics, it's subject to a few growing pains, as it has been open about a month. Let's address a few Yelplainers' laments: The garage is great. ParkbyPhone, PaybyPhone or Stations on the non-valet floors. Free right now, until they turn on the stations. Shhhh... Someone complained about the lack of signage in the garage to the theate? There are really well marked labels in colors next to the buttons on the elevator. Use the same reading glasses that you whipped out to carp on your iPhone (If you dictated, time for LensCrafters. You can look them up here on Yelp). The bar: They built massive shelving, and the current inventory is thin looking across its sprawl. Adding some depth and more of a craft look would probably help that. Hiring a couple of serious craft bartenders, in a town where you can throw a rock and hit three, might be better than training a few movie theater people to follow the diagrams from the master mixologist with the goofy glasses that y'all pop on screen from time to time. Getting to the movie rooms? Needs work. Have your very green staff guide people for now. Those big numbers on doors at the BOCA location are now in. Still it's not self evident. That seems to be improving. The staff asks if you need help at the check-in now, and there are managers on the desk. Seating: The booths are fantastic for dates. For people who want to keep an eye on their kids? Or have young ones? Probably a pass. At least here I don't have to listen to the older women gossiping through the movie (E.g. "Cher looks so good!"'"Well you'd look that good if you had a ton of work done." "I've had a ton of work done. I need to go to LA and find her docotah.") Bathrooms are up the escalator, with a massive array of sinks between them. They will be between the roof restaurant and the theaters. Staff: Very green. I give them a mulligan as they've been at this a month, but, like the Boca one's opening, don't you think that management should be much more visible on the floor? Wait staff needs to watch their seats, and get to people more quickly on arrival, but it wasn't awful, just growing pains. Overall, especially against the dilapidated Cinemark in Boynton Beach, or the dreadful eats and remote airport location at their Boca 20, or, in my opinion, the filthiest, most poorly run theatre in Southeast Florida, the Frank Delray Beach, and the host of roach motel cinemas that still exist, this is your best bet for a great date night out at the movies! read more

I wanted to treat myself to dinner and a movie. I was very happy with the service overall and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The theater was clean and spacious. I was not thrilled with my food that night. Maybe the kitchen was having an off night. The cheese biscuits were incredibly dry and bland. The chicken drumettes and waffles were under seasoned and the waffles were like eating sponges. I used to order the bbq chicken pizza which was sadly taken off the menu. The toffee chocolate chip cookie was amazing and gooey. If I go back I might try something else. read more

Wow...we have come a long way since the old movie houses that had stale, greasy popcorn and sticky floors from spilled sodas. This place is posh and a club like atmosphere. The valet parking is insane. Yes, the beautiful high end cars are displayed in the roped off staging area. There is a large jumbotron like screen showing previews while waiting to drop off or pick up your vehicle. Inside you can pick up your prepaid tickets or purchase your seats they are all reserved so no sneaking in or camping at the theater all day. The full service bar is beautiful and they make great craft cocktails. The waiting area is very cool with floating bamboo swing buckets to lounge in or comfy couches in a greenery area. You get escorted to your "pod" to enjoy complimentary popcorn and made to order items from the menu. You are served at your seat and given pillows and blankets to snuggle with. (Not my thing, but kind of interesting) They have a few levels of membership which are a good deal if you plan to frequent the theater often. This seems to be the way to enjoy all the current block busters living in the lap of luxury. read more

I love this place! Amazing seats, service and food, a great place for a date night! I only give it 3 stars though because of the terrible design and location of the bathrooms. All the theaters are down stairs and the restrooms are upstairs, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the movie, be prepared to miss at least 10 or more minutes, because you have to go all the way out and up an escalator. Whoever designed this should not be hired again lol, very poor! read more

Went over the weekend to check out iPic in Delray. Took mom out for Mother's Day to see Poms. Apparently parking in the garage before the 3rd floor is free is your there before 4pm. After that time or if you can't find any spots below it's $1 once ticket is validated inside. We got there minutes prior to the movie started. So I stood in line to check in at the counter. We found the theater, grabbed blankets outside and found our cozy seats. Mom was blown away since she's never been to an iPic. I scanned the menu earlier that day and knew they had flavor of the day popcorn so I asked our server for the scoop. She said flaming cheeto's and I was sold there. We added 2 sodas to seal the deal. Before the server came back a girl came by handing out free popcorn. Right then I realized I just ordered a seasoning for $4. The server dropped off our sodas and it took what seemed a while for a gentleman to deliver the Cheeto flavored popcorn. It was buttery with a Cheeto kick of spice. So I gulped down my soda after each bite to smooth the palate. It was worth the order! However when the bill came, I was blown away at the sodas costing $6 each. They weren't served in those big gulp containers that you may be imagining but only a glass pint cup. We didn't get refills but I'm curious to know if they're even free?? I felt like the $4 Cheeto popcorn was worth it but 12$ for 2 sodas was a slap on the face. I'll have to return just to see how much the domestic beers are! This pains me to write, but I was expecting a 5 star experience like Boca and got a 2 star dud in Delray. Parking is confusing, there is expensive valet, paid parking on levels 2-3 via an phone app and apparently free parking on level 4-5, so it is a bit of a challenge to figure it out. The elevator is a tiny bit confusing, but just hit level 1 and you will enter the theater. The place is rocking beautiful, but damnnnnn the prices are high and that is buying tickets is confusing also. Movie seats are $14.50 BUT that require a VIP fee of $11.50, thus the price is $26 per ticket. You think they would just state $26, but they do not as you CAN'T buy a non VIP ticket. So two tickets is $52. The Worst decision is to put the movies on level 1 and bathrooms on level 2, so if you have a large soda and have to go during the movie....it is not convenient. But the bathrooms are really nice, co-ed sinks by the way. Service seems spotty as they did not bring blankets or even popcorn like Boca and when I asked, it seemed to take forever. Then they never came to offer refills. I guess the only good news is that they forgot to charge me so I left at the end of the movie as there was no one in sight to give me an invoice. The seats and movie screen are very nice, the center table swivels and is a little large, but was enjoyable. Sound system was ok, but not like the FX theaters. Overall, this is a SUPER expensive place to watch a movie, the parking and bathrooms are a hassle, and there is no restaurant like Boca. I guess I will have to keep driving to Boca as that place is way better. read more

I came in having read peoples' poor reviews, and I think iPic Delray is being judged harshly. It's not iPic Boca, but I wasn't aware it had to be. There's no restaurant which people have an issue with I see, but it's surrounded by so many great restaurants! Eat before. If you really need food at the theater, they conveniently deliver to your seat. It is inconvenient that the theaters and restrooms are on separate floors. That was indeed a flaw when designing. Other than that, no detail was unlooked. It's beautiful. The service is great. The seats are so comfy. read more

This was an okay experience for me. We went to see Captain Marvel which was a great movie. Upon arriving, we had time so we sat at the bar for drinks. I mean Moscow Mules are a popular drink now and days but what we got did not taste at all like a Moscow Mule. I have no idea what it was but the bartender went on with some great details about how the drink was infused with such and such and how they made their own such and such. Anyways, along with that and the Mojito not tasting like Mojito, I thought to myself how we should've just ordered beer instead. Totally not worth the $40 on 2 drinks that we didn't enjoy. The Theater. I find it to be cozy and the ambiance was nice. Server wasn't as attentive as we hoped for, they brought out appetizer almost half way through the movie. They did however give out free popcorn but it was totally blend (no salt or butter). I was pretty disappointed. Maybe it was just a very bad first time experience. I would probably give it another shot if I can convince hubby. From the look of it, hubby was like never again so we shall see. read more

This was my first time at an Ipic, my boyfriend is a regular and loves it. I loved the fact that you get dinner and a movie in 1 place and DRINKS! You get your own seats like if they were cubicle style! It makes the experience all that much better and gives you privacy. I love the reclining seats and the free blankets they give you. The food ordering process was smooth and loved the many options they had on the menu. I wish they had better popcorn quality though! It was cold and tasted a bit stale. I like my popcorn freshly popped, still steaming from hotness and real buttery....but Ipic failed on that, no biggie though. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and my boyfriend ordered pretzels and cheese, both were made fresh and were delicious. I had an amaretto sour drink, but I believe they might of gave me whisky sour because it tasted different and strong! I couldn't finish my drink. I wish Ipic could add nachos and cheese dip to their menu, that would be awesome!!The staff were excellent in service and were attentive and friendly! I will certainly be back and cannot go back to regular movie theaters now. read more

Went out for our first date night since our daughter was born and wish we hadn't bothered to go here. When we arrived, the parking situation seemed a little confusing so I walked inside to ask the girl at the desk how it works and what to do. She wasn't friendly, seeming annoyed like she gets asked that frequently( I'm sure she does) but did tell me to park on the 4th floor and to pay for the parking first, then to come to them and get a promo code to type in to use to lower the rate from $10 to $1. We got there an hour before our movie so we walked around and came back, and got to our seats early. The server in the theater never greeted us or brought us popcorn like they usually do in Boca. The bathrooms were very dirty, having to go to 4 stalls before finding one clean enough to even use. About an hour into the movie a group of 6 people walked into the theater and sat down in front of us, being loud and disruptive, and were seeming to decide where they should sit(assigned seats so why?) they ordered food and drinks, and then left before the movie was even over again very loudly. The movie was three hours long and so when we were leaving I realized the parking promo code didn't take, and I was charged just over $10. I had also noticed the signs in the garage saying parking was free all day on Sundays ( it was a Sunday) but I went to the desk to ask the same girl from earlier about what I was doing wrong and she said she couldn't help because the parking session was closed out. I asked why she hadn't told us parking was free on Sunday and she told me to write a manager that he would help and handed me a pre printed slip of paper with his email they have ready to go. I emailed him to only be replayed to two days later saying very bluntly that the signs in the garage explain that when you park on the top floors it's not free on Sunday, and that they also explain that the parking promotion code doesn't work after the session has ended, with some passive aggressive photos of the parking garage sign. We should have just parked one floor lower in the empty parking garage, but I feel I should have been able to trust the staff there to give me true guidance that I could have trusted. It was all handled very poorly and the managers lack of warmth in the reply to me via email was just the cherry on top that would keep me from not going back even though we live 5 minutes away and make me still drive all the way to Boca. read more

We just went to IPIC DELRAY for the first time -- initially skeptical that any "special" theater would come close to our favorite local Alamo Drafthouse. But IPIC is really a very cool and unique experience; it almost feels more like being in a stylish boutique hotel than a movie theater. The attention to detail from available blankets to the adjustable reclining seats and pop out cup holders is amazing, and the food menu extensive and inventive (will def be coming back to try lots more). Our only quibble: the popcorn would be easier to eat if it came in a bowl vs a large paper bucket, and if the butter was already poured on it (it's DIY and thus a little messy). read more

It's a very nice theater but costly to see a movie. $45 for 2 people. Anyway, there is a parking garage where it used to be free to park. Now it's $1 which is no big deal. They gave me a code to type in to the parking company but it didn't work, after 10 minutes of fiddling with it I was missing the movie so I went back inside. I ended up being charged $10.35. The parking company wouldn't help me so I called customer service at Ipic and got a rude girl named Ashley. She offered no assistance but said you put the code in after the session and basically too bad. Nobody explained this when we checked in at theater and I didn't realize the charge until we were home and it was 11pm Christmas Eve. Simply because this Ashley was so rude we won't return to this location. read more

This is hands-down the best movie theater I've been to! I have been countless times and have nearly tried the whole menu. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. To start off, the lobby is super nice and equipped with a full bar, swinging chairs and cool art. They even infused their own alcohol right in front of you! In the theatre, they have cubicle, pod-like seating that holds two people that makes the atmosphere like no other- blankets included. Our favorite items from the menu are the Cheddar Drop Biscuits (order extra honey butter), Tandoori Chicken Skewers, Warm Pretzels and Churro Popcorn. I will say that their pizzas and burgers aren't that great. Since I've been here, I won't go to any other movie theatre-- you just can't beat it. read more

Amazing space to enjoy a movie but what a terrible experience we had, went with the family for the Super Mario movie, the food was not even close to edible, we ordered the warm pretzels they were terrible, stale and cold, we also ordered chicken fingers & ff, the chicken fingers had no flavor and the breading was falling completely off, ff were cold, than naturally we ordered popcorn, I actually don't even know what to say, how could you be a theater and have awful popcorn, it tasted burnt, almost as if it was a day old, to top things off the staff member that served my son the chicken fingers spilled the plate with 3 sauces all over him, in the end if you are going to enjoy a movie here definitely DO NOT eat there read more

This theatre is rather nice but it falls way short of the Boca Raton version. Seats are less comfortable, service is rather slow and the entire building has an odd design. While my theater was on the first floor the only bathroom is on the second. Rather inconvenient. While in Boca Raton the blanket and pillow were laid out on the seats here you have to request it. There is actually no pillow (Covid issue?) The popcorn in Boca Raton was free(not sure if it still is.) Here it's expensive. This is much more expensive than a regular movie. In Boca Raton it was worth it. Here maybe not. read more

I like iPic but last time I was there they took away the dollar parking so I had to pay with park mobile app. The lady at front desk gave me a code so it would only cost $1. Easy peasy? Nope. A week later I got a parking notice from the garage company that I was fined $72 and if I didn't pay they would boot my car! Since then it's been nothing but a hassle. Multiple emails attaching documentation that I paid. Several unanswered calls to iPic. Definitely not going back until they fix the parking situation. Be warned. read more

I experienced this theater for the first time today. Not easy to find since it looked like a parking lot structure. I saw the Beyoncé film and had two blankets to cover up with and I was still freezing. After sitting in the theater for the full 3 hour film, I brought this to the theater manager's attention and pretty much got the brush off. No solution for my discomfort just an "I'm sorry and thank you for the feedback." Not very impressed by the response. read more

Decided to take a road less traveled for Saturday night (at least for us) Movie night. I normally avoid Delray as I don't care for crowds. We made reservations to go to a movie and dinner at ipic. I have to say it was very nice. The theater is a couple blocks off Atlantic so we didn't deal with the crowds. The theater was very nice an concept great. The cost is very high. We spent around $150 for two. That included 2 tickets, 2 drinks, 2 food items and parking. But wait they have free popcorn! Wait free lol. The seats were really nice reclining loungers. (Not real comfortable for me) you sort of have a private pod. You get seat service for food and drink. Not sure why anyone would not like it with the exception of the price. Far from when I was given 35 cents for a ticket drink and popcorn at the matinee as kid. Boy I am old read more

Humiliating experience. Sat down for a 5:45 movie at 5:15. Pressed the service button 25 times over the course of an hour. Never received service or even acknowledgement of our existence until we walked out on the movie and asked to see the manager. The manager (Chris) didn't even attempt to remedy the situation; although he did give me a refund no hesitation. I will never return to this location again. If you enjoy IPIC, go to mizner park location. Do not spend your money here. read more

So sad this theater has gone down hill so fast. I think it may be because the chain once DECLARED BANKRUPTCY! Bottom line: you pay a premium price for a weird dining/movie concept, bad service and often mediocre films and food. And who really wants to eat in the dark ? Or get interrupted in the middle of a movie to order, be served, or pay the food bill? They used to give out community towels which always grossed my out. Honestly not worth the price. $28 per ticket and our service was horrible. Took them forever to bring salt-less, flavorless cold popcorn (mid-movie) and the sodas were flat. We asked the girl to replace the drinks and popcorn and she never came back. A guy stopped by 30 mins later and took our bad drinks and said he would be right back. He returned 25 mins later with new drinks only to tell us the kitchen is closed so they couldn't give us popcorn. So much for "unlimited" popcorn for $28. The venue is nice but the service at IPIC Delray is horrendous. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
