I was recently very disappointed when I bought a loveseat on Jan 10 2026. I requested a different fabric color from the one on the showroom floor. I preferred a dark grey. The salesman indicated that there would be no problem ordering that color for me. I was asked to put a down payment of 25% or $420.00 which I did. The salesman told me that it would take up to 12-15 weeks before delivery Or sometime in May. Unfortunately, sometime in February I discovered a leak in my ceiling and now need a new roof. Due to this unexpected cost I called Cardis and cancelled my order. I was told that the order would be cancelled but they would keep my deposit with no refund of any kind Not even a merchandise credit. I wasn't told by the salesman that my deposit would NOT be refundable if I had to cancel my order. I spoke to Mike , the manager, and he talked in circles and kept referring me to customer service. I spoke to someone from customer service and filed a complaint but she said the Mike's decision would not be changed. I will never purchase anything else from Cardi's.
