I found him lacking in knowledge and very defensive when called out on something he is doing wrong. I paid for their version of Invisalign and he could not get it right.

I do not feel safe or comfortable returning to this clinic due to the poor quality of work and lack of professional standards. I paid $5,400 for treatment that did not meet reasonable expectations and caused me inconvenience, emotional distress, and a complete loss of trust in the clinic. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and may pursue further action with the Florida Board of Dentistry if this issue is not resolved. I cannot recommend this clinic and caution potential patients to carefully consider their services.

Really clean and modern office. It smelled so good when I walked in, I was surprised. Usually…read moredentists have a funny smell. Friendly receptionist and the doctor's assistant was nice too. I asked if the office was new but apparently it has been there for 10 years. My visit started off with seeing Dr. Alan Gonzalez. After we went through the things I needed and he answered all my questions he ended up doing some work on me. The x-Rays are digital. Surprisingly I was comfortable the entire time, compared to other dentists I've seen in the past. The hygienist was really sweet and she really got in there. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while and I really felt the difference in my teeth when I was finished with the visit. She took off all the coffee stains on my teeth. When I felt discomfort she'd put some anesthetic gel on my gums. At the end of the visit, they gave me little hot towels to wipe my face off. No complaints. Overall good experience at the dentist.
