After the X-rays were finished, I was informed that no one could actually see me because the dental hygienist was unable to come to work that day. What is most frustrating is that the office apparently knew about this ahead of time, yet no one called me to cancel or reschedule my appointment before I arrived. As a result, I wasted my time driving to the office, completing the registration process, and undergoing X-rays, only to be told that my appointment could not be completed. This showed a lack of organization and respect for patients' time. I hope the office improves its communication and scheduling process so that other patients do not have the same experience.

They took my phone call and after explaining my situation told me to come in asap and that a doctor would see me quickly. And that as long as the doctor agreed the procedure could be done same day! I went did some X-rays, was walked through insurance issues and quickly resolved them and before I know it the staff explained the procedure and got it started. They worked quickly and carefully and had me out within 3 or so hours of arrival. That includes new patient paperwork, insurance confirmation, X-rays, doctor's examination and procedure! 10/10 would recommend!
