Everything went well... from my initial telephone call to my stop in visit prior to dropping my car off for repairs... all the way through the repairs and my pickup. The team there is great!! Communicated with me through the entire process! They worked seamlessly with State Farm and made the entire process worry free. And my Fiat looked great when i picked it up. It even got cleaned!!! Customer service is super!! Highly recommended. Although I did not have to pay, the cost was reasonable and comparable to two other companies I consulted. Really impressed with this place! The staff had great customer service, worked with me on pricing (which I really appreciated since I was paying out of pocket), and returned my car absolutely spotless. The repair ended up taking 2 weeks -- a little longer than originally expected -- but they kept me updated, gave me a discount for the delay, and even offer a lifetime warranty on their work. Overall, they seem like honest people who produce quality work. The only thing left is seeing whether my car passes inspection when I return it at the end of my lease in a few months. I'll update for anyone else curious since they aren't "Tesla preferred." Either way, that wouldn't necessarily reflect on them -- just something Tesla owners may wonder about. Wonderful and professional team that fixed the two dents in my fender this week. Went in for an appointment and the following week my car was completed fixed. Couldn't even see where the two dents were, without destroying any original paint whatsoever. Jeff and John were so kind and explained some different options. They did excellent job of repair but whoever was the technician working on the car failed to disconnect all safety switches from battery so I dealer kept calling me to inform me safety system alarms kept going off. When the technician was pulling out my car, I noticed they forgot to attach plastic shield at bottom of drawer. Also they disconnected my my Starlink so it was not working. I took the car back and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I had to end up taking to my Subaru dealer to have them reconnect. read more

Nick has been amazing since day one. My vehicle was towed here after a car accident as i felt that it wasn't safe to drive and seeing the reviews, I decided to give it a shot and I am beyond happy I did! Even though my vehicle was totaled, Nick helped me with the entire process, from dealing with Tesla insurance, to giving me updates every few days and letting me know every time he would speak with the adjuster.
