My phone itself worked fine, just needed the back fixed because I was worried I was gonna get cut or others if holding my phone. When I got my phone back, the back was fine, but then my phone started to shut off every 3 min or less, or overheat. I went back to see if they were there and ask, and they were not; they closed up shop because of a technical issue (it was on a sign that I read). I went back today to ask if they could fix it, and another employee was there, not the same one. I told her the same thing and asked if she could fix she said no, she can't fix it, only the guy can, and to come on Wednesday. I told her I needed the phone to be fixed right now because I use it for work, and she just said the same thing. Then I asked her for a refund, and she said I can't do that either. It really frustrated me a lot. I'm calm and very open-minded, but this whole interaction and service disappointed me. Like, what do you mean you don't know how to do a refund and can't fix it? I thought all employees from this place knew how to fix the phone, or if they didn't have the piece to recommend me somewhere else, but no. I opted out and told her I'm just gonna find somewhere to see if they could fix and I did. I went somewhere in Burlingame, and the nice gentleman took his time and told me what they did to my phone and showed me what they did, and apparently they burnt or broke a piece of wiring from my phone, causing it to overheat, with it leading to shut off. I was so mad when I found out, and more mad that I wasted my 147 bucks just for my phone to be broken. i aswell took photo of what they did. Again, never coming here again. Felt like a whole scam atp To Owner: The overheating started shortly after the repair, and I went back to see what was wrong, but you had already left. I went back today to get it serviced, and the other employee refused. I had two witnesses who heard the interaction, and she was not able to give a refund. I was also told I would be given the opportunity to test the screen before paying to ensure I was satisfied. Located in Westlake, once you get to the front door of the building it's a short easy walk up upstairs and it's the first office on the right. I signed in, he told me a few housekeeping things to be mindful of after the phone gets repaired. I dropped off the phone and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The screen worked great! Very responsive and felt like a brand new phone. I tested it and happily paid. I would not hesitate recommending people to come here for iPhone repairs. Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens.
