First for the positives, company is responsive, arrives on time, and is very knowledgeable and capable of diagnosing a problem. Now the negative, I had a gas range top with a defective wiring harness. To buy a replacement online, less that $70. Charge to replace by Igor, 20 minutes and $376 charge. Moral to the story, use them to diagnose, pay them their $70, and tell them no thanks to the repair and buy the stuff online and do it yourself. Stated the issue I was having was with my Samsung washer and that it was rattling. Guy told me the issue was something specific and stated the diagnostic cost was $70 and the repair was $70. I said thank you and $140 would not be a problem. Some repair guy came at 840 during the allotted time today, diagnosed the issue and said it was going to be $473. He diagnosed the problem with my Maytag washing machine in a few minutes and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes total. Amazingly fast. Our refrigerator went out right before we had our first guests in our new home. It stopped cooling but still had power. I contacted QuickFix early on a Wednesday. Igor came out the same day. Faster than he'd originally scheduled. Hooray. He assessed the issue fast!!! No fussing about. We needed a part and he had to return. However he gave us a temporary fix which worked like a dream until the part arrived. Beware of dishwasher repair. I was extremely disappointed with multiple things that happened with this company. The first being the money that you spend to have them come out to assess the repair should go towards the cost of the repair. I moved forward with their company because of that instead of LG and then they told me that it wasn't going to be included with no reason why. At the time I'd waited so long to get my dishwasher fixed I said fine. Then after having them come out 5 times, my dishwasher still does not work. They told me the part that was sent from LG was bad so we had a new one sent and put in. I will say they always came back out to fix it but after asking for my money back multiple times, I gave up. The dishwasher worked better but still not enough to be happy with $300 of work. I was so frustrated after this process I gave up contacting them. I'm sure they are great at certain repairs but not great for LG dishwashers. read more

Our microwave went out and Alex came by to fix it we paid a fee for the part which included the diagnostic fee. A week later the microwave was acting up again, I placed a call to Alex he came out right away and refunded the money for the part minus the diagnostic fee. Would not recommend company to anyone! Had an issue with my refrigerator/freezer not cooling. Igor came out, installed new freezer parts, which were up-charged at $554. Two days later, I had the same issue. Igor came out again and installed same parts to the freezer. The next day, same problem again. Contacted for a third time. Igor now states there's a new problem and he would need more money to fix, almost $300. Told him we would figure out a solution, but would not be using his company since the problem he originally diagnosed, was not the problem. Requested for a partial refund as what was paid for did not fix the issue. Instead of honoring the request for a partial refund since problem was not resolved, he completely ignored all messages. Very poor customer service and makes me believe this company is a SCAM. Would not recommend! read more

I called because the water dispenser on our refrigerator stopped dispensing water. I had purchased some new filters online, but the refrigerator didn't recognize that they were installed. Igor responded quickly to my inquiry, but he forgot to add us to his schedule and missed his first appointment. That is why I gave him 4 stars instead of five. On his first trip, he charged $70 and diagnosed what he thought was the problem. I bought a new filter at Home Depot and installed it. The refrigerator recognized the filter, but still would not dispense water. I let Igor know and that confirmed to him that the filter housing needed to be replaced. He replaced it on his second visit and it fixed the problem. The total charge was $363, which is what he had quoted me on his first visit. I will call him again if I need appliance service. The filters I purchased online were evidently knockoffs, not genuine GE filters. read more

Horrible service, high price, quality of work sucks. I paid them $436 dollars to repair my icemaker. Tech comes out says to give it 24 hours to work. Next day still not working. Tech comes out for a second visit and now it is a new issue and he wants me to pay him another $260. Not in this lifetime! I will never use this service again and my icemaker is still not working.
