Great experience. I was expecting a Towncar to be honest when they said Sedan... But the Toyota Camry that arrived to pick us up was fine for what we needed. $90 all inclusive from JFK to Long Island is fair. Our flights were massively delayed and they were kind enough to continue waiting for us outside. One star is too generous for this company. I booked with lialstours to pick me up at the airport and drive me home. I was coming from a foreign country and emailed the company saying I did not have any data to make phone calls, I only had wifi to send emails. lialstours sent me a confirmation email telling me to go to terminal 4. So, having my suitcase, carryon, backpack and my cane (I have a disability) I trekked all the way from terminal 8, to terminal 4 where I was told to go. I waited from 1:35pm to 4:02pm and no driver showed up. I finally had to give up and take the train home. When I emailed the company asking for a refund, Joe (the rudest costumer service rep I've ever dealt with) told me it was my fault for going to terminal 4 and that he was not going to give me my money back. He said, "Once again, I do apologize for your inconvenience but have no desire to continue this back and forth since you clearly have no interest in objectively reviewing all the facts." (I copied and pasted these messages) Then he said, "Maybe as time goes by ,you will realize that not everything is everyone else's fault." Joe left me several horribly rude voicemails stating that his driver is "growing impatient" and "cannot possibly wait around all day" for me. Maybe if he answered my emails on time, instead of 3 days later, he would see that I could not answer phone calls, and that I was sent to the wrong terminal. This man Joe is unbelievably awful and i hope he gets fired. You sent a 22 year old, crippled girl, to the wrong terminal, then blamed me for coming from another country and not having access to make phone calls. read more

Having never used a car service i went with LI access due to the reviews. I contacted them online got an immediate response, we booked them and they called a day before to confirm. Khaurram arrived 15 min early (330am) was very professional got us to JFK in plenty of time. He also picked us up a week later, as soon as the wheels touched down i got a text. Best car service ever! Super fast and easy. Book online and save 10% off of total cost. So easy! I had them pick me up from long island to take me to JFK. I even needed them to come a bit earlier and despite the extremley last minute request, they still came. I called them again when my trip was over to pick me up at JFK and bring me back to LI, and again, my flights got changed at the last minute and instead of being at the airport at 7 am to pick me up, I had to call last minute and have them pick me up 5 am, and there was no trouble at all. It seems each driver is sweeter than the last. I had Alex on the way to the airport, and Rich on the way back. The topping on the cake, when Rich dropped me off, I left my phone in the car :( I called about a half hour later when I realized and they actually drove all the way back to my house and dropped it off!!! The guy answered and told me he didn't have a reservation for me and pretty much told me oh well I can't do anything for you and hung up. I don't know where to begin.... I arranged for LI Access Limo to pick me and my family up at LaGuardia for an hour ride out to Long Island. Nadeem was on time, loaded our bags into the trunk and then the ride from hell began... He either stood on the gas or stood on the brakes... this place must replace motor mounts and brakes daily! Even in smooth sailing highway with no traffic, he either was on the gas or brake constantly. I don't get it? And he cut people off throughout the ride, I literally was afraid someone was going to shoot me out of road rage. Every few minutes or so, he'd check the traffic app he was using .... on his phone .... on his lap... when he'd look down; he'd let off the gas and when he looked up; he'd hit the brakes - even when no cars were around ... and in traffic he'd slam on the brakes almost hitting cars because he was looking at his phone. This was the worst ride in a town car I've ever experienced. Poor driver with no communication skills whatsoever. At the very least - get a different driver if you hire through this company.
