I say someone because they never gave me their name. The groupon is under the name dermaskin spa. They only ever text. They also marked it redeemed before I even went. I did need to reschedule once, i was ill. Then i made an appt and she had to cancel. This place is an hour away from me so i asked if I could get a refund. I was told no. She would not move heaven and earth for me only because she rescheduled. I told her the entire thing was shady. She I'm the one with the tattoo that needs taking care of, not her. Basic customer service was lacking. I'm not letting a woman with this attitude put a laser on my body. Avoid, avoid.

Had a photo facial a few years ago by Dr.Shah...She zapped part of my eyebrow and it has not grew…read moreback since.I liked Janice.I went back for a radio frequency treatment on my stomach and was pleased with results and she is very nice...When they were located on Ryan and 12 they had a lot of very talented qualified technicians..i think Dr.Shah saw $$$ and pretty much did away with a lot of good procedures and employees..started doing the treatments herself??Go to ANYONE but Dr.Shah for ALL procedures.

Because when you feel like "My skin needs this" and then you have a long wait or no openings makes you put off treating your skin right. (or maybe its just me). Okay back to the scheduling of this appointment with Aesthetic Theory Detroit (ATD). I click on the tab to request appointment on yelp and I love that right away i was taken to a quick few questions what my concerns were along with a few other questions. Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you. I loved how i didnt feel pressure to buy anything or like I was being given a sales pitch during my facial. 2 days after the facial I did get a few little breakout but I was told that would happen because of the treatment from the Dermal inusion. But Heather did a fabulous job and i'm looking forward to getting my skin right and the next appointment I have. The stylists always do a good job and the cost is very fair. I am not a huge makeup girly. I do love the sol de janeir, eos, and tree hut section. Overall though, I don't really buy any makeup. We did come in today to ask a specific question for a friend. The staff was super nice about it and very helpful. She even tested the product and provided a sample. She even told us we could buy it cheaper next week as it will be on sale for 25% off which was so nice of her to do. I thought that was super awesome. She could have pushed a sale and instead offered a small sample so that she can try it at home.

This store is located in the Chesterfield Waterside Mall by Bed Bath and Beyond (next door). My purchase = 2 L'oreal Volume Superstar Primer+ Extended Black Mascara which were on sale even more when I walked in the store. So instead of $10.99, my price was $6.90. MY EYES LIT UP to see the sale sign besides. My free item = 4 ounce bottle of L'oreal Infallible Pro Max extended makeup set spray A big smile on my face when checking out! Cashier "Tatiana" was very pleasant to chat with me and signed me up for my rewards, that I was given my choice of a "free lipstick". I left this location a very happy, pleased and satisfied customer. My eyes show it !! :)
